**DO NOT PURCHASE ITEM**
I purchased this item as a birthday present for my 3 year old. Shipping was fast, but the frog does not work!!! I thought maybe it was the batteries, replaced them and still wouldn't turn on or do anything. Rip off!!!

Not a happy consumer
I am very unsatisfied with this company. I bought a 1:24 Blizzard Electric RTR Remote Control Car RC Monster Truck and got it barely in time for Christmas. It did not have a way to track the shipping which was very frustrating. Right up the the last minute I was not sure whether I should go buy another toy for my grandson or not. I had emailed the company but I never got a response. But finally late Christmas Eve it arrived. However, when my grandson opened the present Christmas Day, we discovered the battery cover was gone and the antenna would not screw in. I immediately got online to Amazon and followed the directions for contacting the company. I sent an email as instructed and waited and waited. It has now six days later and I still have not heard anything. Not even an automated response stating they got my email(their policy for returns state they will get back with you with 24-72 business hours). I will never buy anything from this company again. Very disappointed! Poor customer service.
