If you like Doc. Martin, You'll Like This
This is very entertaining. Acting is great. It is a serious "comedy". There are a few scenes with sexual content not good for children. The stories are entertaining. I only purchased Season 1 to decide if I wanted to see more. I have just purchased Season 3 so I am hooked. If you like Doc. Martin, you will like this, too. Linda

So Funny and Addictively Entertaining
All of the cast works so well together. Great direction and character development. Story line is funny with sarcastic tongue in cheek conversation . Series 2 is just as good as Series 1 which sets you up for great ride with the Heart Guy. He is a great character and I really think the mom is hysterical. Actors are so good.

As good as Series 1
We really enjoyed this series. Fun story of high flying surgeon being brought down a peg or two and rediscovering his family, his hometown and his values, as well as his love of medicine. Amusing plots, good dialogue, engaging characters, nice scenery, excellent way to spend the time!

A mixed bag
The plot is okay, the actors are fine, but the foul language doesn't add but only retracts from the show.

When you become acclimated to the accent these programs are hilarious and poignant at the same time. Watch then several times and enjoyed each time.

What's not to love??
If you are into the Heart Guy (also seen in series 4 of the Dr Blake Mysteries), you will love this. Looking forward to series 3 which is airing shortly.

Tolle Story
Durch Zufall im TV eine Folge gesehen und war sofort begeistert. Staffel 1 und 2 sofort bestellt. Die Handlung ist sehr gut gemacht mit allen menschlichen Fallstricken und Verwicklungen. Der Australische Spirit kommt auch gut rüber. Die Landschaftsaufnahmen sind atemberaubend. Für Australienfans ein must have.
