It's metal inside. I don't believe it will affect batteries. Made of erospace Aluminum.I tested it. Completely non-magnetic.

When you say "airtight" do you mean kitchen-grade airtight? Like a food storage container? If so, I think you're good. If you mean laboratory-grade airtight - like keeping a yeast sample alive at 100,000 feet up - that's a pretty tall order. You might need more than a pill bottle.

How much sugar does it hold ? Asking for a friend

it hold 10 cc or mls of water. 5cc or mls is 1 teaspoon. so 10 mls or cc is 2 teaspoons.

What are those yellow things ?

When I ordered mine it was not available with those FREE included items. However right there in the description it tells you all of what is included. I use mine all the time and love it!
