Time for Bed, Pete the Kitty: A Touch & Feel Book (Pete the Cat)

Another great Pete the Cat book! This is a short and sweet bed time story with different textures on each page. My toddler is a huge Pete the Cat fan, so he loves this book.

Very cute book for bedtime or anytime. 1yo loves this book. Great addition to the series.

I bought this for my one year old grandsons birthday and he is in love with this book! It’s a great touch and feel book and it’s Pete the cat!!

I love Pete the Cat/Kitty probably more than my toddlers do! We needed another bedtime book for our collection and this was a perfect addition. We have a lot of Pete books, but this is the first Pete touch and feel book I have seen! I didn’t realize that’s what it was until I had received it, but I also didn’t pay much attention. I saw a Pete book for bedtime and instantly purchased it. But we love touch and feel books! It keeps them engaged and it’s fun for them to learn textures. I’m glad they incorporated it into the Pete books!

Our girls love Pete the Cat and this was the perfect addition to our home library. We found it at the library and it was her favorite so I went to purchase it. It has different items to feel throughout the book and is a great bedtime story.

I bought this as a gift for an Easter basket so I had to send it back to get one without damage but I love these books

My 3 year old loves to read this book at bedtime. He's a big Pete the Cat fan, his favorites being Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons and Pete the Cat Rocking in My School Shoes. Unlike the aforementioned books, this Pete the Kitty book is a board book and therefore smaller but also sturdier with thick pages. There's also significantly less text, none of which rhymes. Despite this, my kid loves seeing Pete the Kitty go through the same bedtime routine that he does, especially since Pete has a favorite blankie and plush just like my little boy. This is a short, simple and sweet read to end the night with. If your kid likes Pete the Cat, this is a great buy. But if you're just looking for a bed time themed book, there's definitely better ones out there.

My whole family and I have been Pete the Cat fans for sometime now… at least six years. We were all happily surprised that I found Pete the KITTY series this year… that two new babies joined our family! (Three, if you count an adopted kitten cat.) This is an adorable gift for younger children, read-aloud’s, and beginner reading.

I go through this 3 times per night

The book is fine but very limited “touch” zones and all very samey samey. Wouldn’t buy again.

My son was obsessed with this book for bedtime until he was about 18m. It was great for helping us establish a bedtime routine. Short, sweet and to the point. The sensory elements helped.
