Fantastic and one of the BEST
I've used Seche Vite for maybe 18 years now, since I was 13. It is a very fast-drying top coat and it is worth the money. It does smell strong, but don't be wary as it will go away once dry. At first the formula will be thin, but this top coat does thicken in the bottle with time, and by the time you get to the bottom, it might be super thick, but polish thinner will help fix it. It will still be fantastic to use, with the exception of small string-like tendrils that will cling to the brush (only when it's super thick and on its last legs in the bottle; by that point you should refill or buy a new one lol, or use polish thinner). Seche Vite is self-leveling (in my experience) and a little ball of polish will go a long way. The brush usually does not smear my polish during application unless I'm being hasty and careless. The top coat is thick, glossy, self-leveling, and shiny. It dries insanely fast; within 10 minutes a three-layer polish will be dry. Within one or two minutes, you can still smudge your polish but it will be those wrinkly smudges below the surface where you can gently nudge it back into place, and occasionally another layer of Seche Vite will self-level the smudge away (not always, depends on the polish or design). Overall, there's nothing very horrible about Seche Vite besides its strong smell, and that's only temporary. I keep coming back to it again and again for a reliable fast-drying top coat and I will continue to do so until they stop producing it.

the best top coat I've ever used
This is, hands down, the best top coat I've ever used. That's not to say it's perfect. It may be the best, but you need to be aware of a couple of things.First, it is intended to be applied to wet polish. You should be dragging a bead of top coat over your still-wet polish. This is not always easy. You have to keep that bead of top coat between your polish and the brush so you don't drag and smear the polish or get it on your brush.Second, there can be shrinkage with this top coat, as with some others. A few polishes shrink more than others. What this means is that sometimes it might pull the polish back very slightly from the tip of your nail. If you've used the proper technique to wrap the tips, this will be far less frequent. You can look up tutorials and videos if you want to know more.Third, if you use too much, you'll get some weird wrinkling. Don't put it on too thick. I accidentally got too much on my thumb nail a couple of times and the top coat sort of wrinkles up. It's not pleasant. Now that I know, I can easily avoid it.This top coat has prolonged my manicures and keeps them looking shiny. It's also great over glitter and helps smooth out texture issues more than other top coats I've tried. It dries to the touch pretty quickly, but remember that you can still dent the polish for a while, even if you can touch it without issue. It's like the top dries first, but beneath it's still wet for a few minutes. It's still definitely shorter than regular top coats. All things considered, this is a great top coat and I can't recommend it enough.

The Best Top Coat
I LOVE it. The shine that this gives is nearly on par with a gel top coat. For at least the first two days of my manicure, I have a pristine glass finish to my nails. If I use my hands a lot, the finish will begin to dull a little after the first couple of days. It’s still plenty shiny, but not the eye catching glass finish of the first couple of days. Seche Vite does extend the length of my manicure, but my nails are fairly thin to begin with and tend to bend easily. A few bends of the nail and you have a chip, then it’s all over from there. In general, my manicures last 3-4 days without any major chip-age. I tend to paint my nails every 2-3 days, so I never notice any large chips in my manicures, barring extreme amounts of house or yard work. The best feature of Seche Vite is hands down the drying time. This stuff dries to the touch within three minutes and is solid within ten. I often paint my nails right before going to bed and with other top coats I have to wait, at minimum, 1 hour before going to bed or risk waking up with matted looking nails and pesky lines from my bed sheets. I never have this problem with Seche Vite. I can paint my nails about 20-30 minutes before going to bed and don’t have to worry about sleeping in the mummy position (flat on your back, hands on top of your chest) for fear of smudging them.

One of the best top coats
As a nail tech of 12 years and family that owns multiple salons i think i can speak for everyone and say this is one of the best top coats, super fast drying with a nice shine. it is super super thin when you first use it being that its a new bottle so just make sure you don’t paint it too thin or else your polish won’t be that shiny

Only coat I use
I use a lot of topcoat, and this topcoat is both economical and dries very fast. It does cause a little shrinkage, but not enough to bother me.

This Stuff is Amazing!
Product Reviewing: Seche Vite top coat Professional KitI enjoy doing my own manicures which usually include glitter, holo, and amateur nail art. A thick, glossy topcoat is a staple; quick drying is preferred. I thought I had a fantastic one but I figured I would give Seche Vite a shot since I'd seen one nail art artist and my cosmetologist friend both swear by it. I thoroughly understand why now. It dries super fast and creates a beautiful protective topcoat that causes my polish to glisten and memorize. Get this top coat!

Ok…. I have great nails and they are my own. I do my own fingernails because, well, because ! Seche vite is the absolute best top coat EVER! It dries very fast and shines like crazy! Ladies, I date you to try it! It’s why I buy the large size. Your nails will thank you! Also Seche Rebuild is remarkable also. I went through intensive chemo and it took a tole on my nails. I still use it as my base coat. ❤️

now I wont run out
this is the best top coat I've ever used. not too thick and not to thin and dries quickly. with the refill, I save money and don't have to worry about running out any time soon. This can be thinned down if it thickens up over time.
