Wish the belt would adjust smaller but the placement of the rings for the chute impede the belt being tightened.

Received as expected, works well per my son's report. Using for resistance training for football.

My trainer suggested a device like this to help improve my run strength and speed. The problem is there were no directions at all included. Fortunately, the trainer helped me use it, but honestly, it would have been nice to know how to use it on my own.Overall it worked as advertised, although it wasn't as adjustable as others I've tried.
