Easy to make, really tasty

Arrived today 3 days before delivery date so my wife is having one for her evening meal.

I love this product - tasty, easy, nourishing and not expensive.

I followed the directions on the packet, putting a bit more water in as it looked too dry. Stirred it well and put it in the oiled in form provided. In the oven on top heat. It needed 45 minutes to brown and cook as well. I left it outside of the oven, just sitting on the worktop, wishing for the best. I poked a long fork into it and seemed undercooked, but trusted the company. Just wrapped it in foil and left it for an hour. Then I was able to slice it and cover it with the foil and put it in the fridge. Close to dinner, I'd made a gravy with bits that had come off and so it heated and everyone like me, just loves it. Will buy again! Well done

We often forget to order what we need for the whole week, and when we are on our boat we have a very small fridge so stocking up on food is limited. These well-packaged 'loaves' are wonderful, keep for ages in a storecupboard, and when you make them, they are delicious, hot with a gravy perhaps, and, we have even found them to be delicious as a sort of cold pate the next day. Congratulations to the makers. And thank you!
