There's nothing to dislike about this tea. I like mine on the strong side but have struggled to find a tea that can be brewed dark without being bitter. My search has ended!!! Not bitter and very affordable. For me, Glengettie tea is perfection!!

I love black teas, especially breakfast blends, and this is one of the best I've had. It brews dark, and can be drunk without sugar or cream for there is no bitterness.The tebag can also be brewed several times, making this a very economical tea. I can get 2 full brave steepings, strong enough to accept any additional flavorings (caramel, blackberry, apple...) and1 slightly weaker and tending towards bitterness, so a bit of flavoring such as jasmine or rose or lemon or some sweetening helps here. And a bit of cream can hide how pale it becomes.The 4th and 5th steepings are bitter as a child deprived of sleep and sweets, so be sure to increase the sugar and cream here to placate it - and an addition of a sprinkle of apple pie spice can make the bitterness tolerable, just as a lolly soothes the bitter child. The milder fruits and flowers are overwhelmed by the bitterness, so pick strong flavors - bold spices, hearty fruits, a strong mint.Five steepings if you're desperate enough to go that far. So you can get 400 cups of tea from these 80 bags.That's 3 1/2 cents a cup, and makes my miserly heart swell.

This is a seriously FABULOUS flavorful tea. The bags are packed in two waterproof sleeves which is why I kept them, but the box they came in had water stains all over it and was partially ripped. Weird

BUY THIS FOR A HIGH QUALITY BLACK TEA AS ITS STRONG AND SMOOTH AND HAS A GOOD FLAVOR. THIS RANKS AT THE TOP.

Definitely the finest black tea ever. I would say this even if I weren’t Welsh. The box alone is worth it — in English and Welsh. It is the only black tea I drink now and the quality is always excellent. It’s in foil wrappers. After I open a pack, I put the rest in a mason jar to keep it fresh. Keep calm and have a cup of tea.

A great nostalgic tea. It will transport you back to a warm kitchen on a cold November Day with your family all sharing in on the planned tasks of the day.

Delicious tea. Great flavor. It’s as good as Typhoo, my other favorite.
