Good job!
The product was easy to pour out of a cleverly designed case. It seals properly as well. It was transferred to a standard saltshaker. The flavor is not overpowering to each meal applied. So far this is a good replacement to the salt product I was using previously.

Subtle nuanced salt that outperforms even the best basics
Second time I’ve purchased this luscious coarsely ground salt. I use red and black lava together on salads, main dishes like broiled fish, just about anything! I don’t eat steak or roast beef any longer, but my oh my there was s nothing like an ultra rare filet mignon (Wagyu if possible) accompanied by a rich Cabernet Sauvignon—accented with lava salt!

Its salt.
Ill be the forst to admit im a bit of a snob when it comes to salt. I dont even allow mortons or any iodized salts in ny kitchen. Much to my partners chagrin. I saw this product reviewed online and thought to give it a try. It has quickly become my everday salt for cooking. The texture is amazing and im able to pinch as much or as little as i need. Pair this with a nice salt well and your food need never be bland again. Great product.

Adds right flavor
It's not for everyday use of course but it is perfect on a cooked sweet potato, adds good flavor to beef stew with carrots and celery and pork chops orange glazed... I do wish the grind was just a tad finer.

Works Great in my New Grinder
I purchased this to use in my new grinder and it works perfectly. This is my first time purchasing salt for a grinder, but I have used the small pre-filled grinders before and have come to prefer sea salt over regular table salt. It's really hard to say this brand is superior to others I have tried though. And my palate is just not that refined to tell the difference between Mediterranean and Australian sea salt either. Then again it might be, I never have done a sea salt comparison taste test. But the Mediterranean tastes as good as other sea salts I have used and it was a good value so I am pleased with the purchase and can recommend this salt if you have a grinder.Maybe I will buy some of the French Sea Salt and do that comparison. I mean how can I pass up the chance to try the "Caviar Of Salt" - even at over twice the price. You only live once :)
