MB-D15 Battery Grip for Nikon D7100 & D7200 + High Capacity 2000mAh EN-EL15 Battery

The grip goes on easily, but leaves a little to be desired in the solidity of the connection to the body. There is a significant amount of flex that leaves me uncomfortable with putting too many accessories on the hot shoe of my camera, which of course, is a no-no in the first place. But, I do worry somewhat about the amount of flex with a field monitor or flash attached and the risk of damage. Battery died after about a year of use. Third party batteries are either lucky or unlucky. Though, to my pleasant surprise, the Watson brand EN-EL15 I have still works from Jan 2017! Would recommend this grip to all who are on a budget. It is also not uncomfortable on the hand with my manfrotto style tripod quick release mount left on there, which is a huge plus.

Good operation and easy to use, very good terminations, good fit in the camera, I advise its use, allows a superior grip, avoiding trepidation and blurry images, perfect very useful for vertical shots.Javier.
