Frontier Co-op Italian Seasoning 1lb - Bulk Dried Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Sage and Marjoram - Wholesale Spices and Seasonings

Well, it's exactly what is to be expected. It is a big bag of Italian seasoning. It came sealed in a metallic type vacuum seal bag, but not vacuumed. I consider that a good thing as the herbs were not crushed, and are protected from UV light as well as oxidization. The bag obviously was very well sealed because you could not smell the herbs at all until opening. It seems fresher and more aromatic than the herbs that sit in the jars at the stores, and at a fraction of the price. You can literally grab a handful and throw it in your pot when you're making a large portion of sauce or something. There is no reason to skimp on the flavor in your cooking at this price.

This was a big bag of spices! Great value, and my daughter likes it. She goes through quite a bit of Italian seasoning - it's the best, or so I hear. Buying it in bulk made sense and this seems more fresh than name brands in stores. One end of our house always smells like something great is cooking now. I'm happy in every respect with this product and seller. Just hope I'll be able to get it again when the time comes.

I haven't cooked with this yet, but it's very aromatic. I divided my bag into six pint jars and will give a couple away. I put some in my spice drawer and the remainder in the freezer. Great value and the aroma is wonderful. Anxious to try it in Arrabiata and lots of other things!

I love Italian seasoning. Use it in my sauces, bruschetta, pizza, omelettes, etc. I decided to try this brand because of the rave reviews and the price. This is a bargain and an excellent replacement for the one I've been using for years (and is difficult to get in the a larger container). This is a HUGE bag so I ended up giving some to a friend. I will definitely be buying this brand again! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BRAND!

I use this seasoning for salads, chicken and fish. It is a nice mix of Italian herbs. I've always found Frontier products to be high quality.

Buying it in case of an emergency so I hope I don’t have to use it until it gets close to its due date. If I do use it I’ll let you know about its quality. Otherwise I’m just happy to have it on my shelf and know that I am stocked up.

I won't buy this again. Not as fresh as I prefer. A huge amount but the quality just isn't there, sadly. I usually like Frontier products.

I did not realize this came in a big bag when I ordered it. But what the hey, good value, it’s fresh and is wonderful to cook with. Now to find containers to put it in.
