We have now purchased three (or maybe it’s four) of these awesome car diffusers. My daughter LOVES hers so we’ve purchased additional diffusers as gifts for her friends who always rave about them when they’re in her car. It has two USB ports on top so passengers can charge their devices at the same time. The soft light looks great during night drives and has just the right amount of illumination. Simply follow the instructions - do not over fill the container - add your favorite oil and it releases the perfect amount of your favorite scent.I can tell you that this is manufactured well as someone ran a red light and totaled my daughter’s car but the diffuser made it out safely and is now working just as well in her new car.One of the gifts we ordered had an issue with the charger after the first 30 minutes of use. I reached out to the company and they immediately mailed us a replacement. Like I said, an excellent product and an excellent company. We will definitely buy more of these as needed.

I got it today for my new car I got 3 days ago. Easy to understand what to do. Clear instructions. Added my own little blend of oil and hit the road to check it out. I felt like I was on my own little cloud it filled the car with a great smell it was not over powering and it almost felt as if the mist cooled down the car a little bit. Once I made it to my destination I had a friend who wanted to make a fast food run and I had it going and before we pulled off he even said how it smelled so good in the car and I had to explain how it was coming from “the cup”. Even with it using the cig port it gives u a cig port back in the port plus two extra usb charging slots and if you car have usb carving slots you really come out winning!!! Great buy!! Would recommend

If you fill to fill line it will not generate. You have to fill below line. Cup is very snug to remove so be careful , might spill. The power cord should be on top instead on side as it might be hard to fit in some cup holders. Other that that pretty good for value.

This product did what it was suppose to do. I liked the design and the subtle blue lighting and the additional charging ports were essential specially on a long trip with passengers.Bought this in January 2021 and now six months later began to mal-function. would not stay on and felt the top of the assembly heating up. I changed the fuse but it's still heating up. Also, if left plugged in, even after turning off the unit. it turns itself back on. Need to replace as the warranty is now kaput.

The media could not be loaded. I really love this product, it was easy to use & my car was smelling very nice all the time, however it did stop working after 2 weeks of its use.Thankfully Amazon customer support was so nice & they issue a refund for the value of the product, I couldn’t return it because I threw away the box that came in it.I might be buying this product again but I’m afraid that it will be break again.So I decide later whether I’ll get the same one or totally a different product.

My wife is getting into essential oils and has diffusers all over the house. Now...she has one for the place she spends most of her time - the minivan!This is great. Easy to set up - Max Fill Line clearly marked. Instructions clear. Plug into 12V jack and fill with water and a few drops of oil and it goes. On/off button to use as desired.The benefit to me is the USB ports and additional 12V port so I can charge devices quickly while she gets her oil fix. Ingenious! Highly recommend this device!UPDATE: After ~18 months of use, this simply stopped working. Tried with a different (same size) adapter and still nothing. Contacted the company about their warranty (24 months) but never received a reply. Loved it while it lasted but did not last long enough.

Bought this product a year ago for my car. It has worked better than any air freshener I previously have owned. Just a tip for those just starting out with this, ensure that you follow the fill line directions. Don't overfill. I usually fill it to just below the marked fill line. If you have too much water, it won't diffuse properly. If you suspect yours is broken, fill the water to about 1/2 the fill line and see if it diffuses. It should start right away.I keep a water bottle and travel essential oils with me to ensure I always have a selection to choose from. Received so many compliments from random strangers! Works so well that I bought my wife one for her vehicle as well.

I bought this July of 2019 and have used it daily since! The diffuser part just quit working on me, so I'm here to buy another one. It is worth it. My car always smells like lavender/peppermint but it's my calm for the daily commute, and as a bonus I'm able to plug in my phone to it to charge. I have a 2008 Scion XD so not the newest of the new with all the plug in spots/wireless charging so this is perfect. I get a diffuser and a way to charge my phone.
