TYR Alliance Team Parka - Youth

Great jacket. Keeps our daughter warm after waterpolo practice. My only reason for not giving it a perfect score is that the arms run really, really, narrow. My daughter is a size 8 and we ordered up to a 10/12 so she would have room to grow but that will not be happening becuse the arms are so narrow especially around the wrists.

I'm so happy I bought this for my child to use in between swim sessions. It's pricey but does the job of keeping my kid warm during his swim meets and lounging around the pool on cool nights. I don't think you can find this quality nor effectiveness in a regular terry cloth robe. I bought a size larger so that it will last multiple years, hopefully. The robe goes down toward my child's ankles, but that's totally fine. It just provides more warmth.

Purchased youth large for daughter’s 10th birthday. She is about 4’10” and 90 lbs and swims year round on a team, primarily indoors. Took to local shop to add name on the back. She loved it and wore it to practice in July. Quality zippers, pockets, lining through sleeves, adjustable Velcro cuffs. I originally purchased adult XXS but it was too big even for me at 5’2”. The YL fits great and has room to grow.

It's really great value for this parka. I ordered youth large for my 11 year old and it fits great woth room to grow. The zipper can be a bit tricky for the lid to ise as it is a double zipper that opens from to and bottom but until she learns I don't have a problem doing it.

Wish the zipper was a bit easier for a kid to use (when starting to zip). But the zipper works well. .... seems to keep moisture in (off carsseats) while keeping her warm. We have enjoyed being able to leave the pool without changing into dry clothes for the ride home.

Great quality swim parka parka. Nicely lined and perfect for swim practice. My 9 year old son slips it on wet after swim without any complaints until he gets home to shower. Highly recommend this brand and parka.

My daughter is 7 yo, 39" and 41lbs. We purchased a size Small. I'd say it runs a little small as its a great fit for her. Not to long or two wide. This parka is my daughter's favorite. It keeps her warm and dry during meets and after practice.

My daughter loves this swim parka. It seems very well made. Full zipper makes for easy on and off next to the pool on chilly mornings For size reference, I got my 4'5" 10 year old a medium which is long in the arms and in the torso as she wanted. Length wise the parka hangs to just below her knees. It should last her for years as she grows into it.
