Description says 12 pieces Hello Kitty - I got 10 pieces two of which are not even Hello Kitty. The "gift wrap" bag it came in looked like it's been used numerous times. The mechanical pencil was cut or broke at the tip and does not work correctly. There was a pen that is like one of the pens that comes from advertising companies with Hello Discount Store. I had ordered this once before and it was a great lot of 12 Hello Kitty items. This time I am very unhappy and will never order again.

I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to get. I didn't think it would be everything, but I didn't read closely since I was in a hurry to order for my daughter and was shopping on my phone. You get 12 pieces in this set. The pictures are to show a variety of possibilities. I thought we would get different pencils, but it is a box of one pencil design. The picture makes it look much grander, but the description is pretty clear, just 12 items. I think my daughter will still be very happy, since she loves Hello Kitty, but it wasn't quite the great value I was hoping for.

Was a waste of money. Only got 9 when it says 12 of the random stationary.

Horrible, did not receive everything pictured. Feel like I was ripped off. It was sent in a package so small, we ended up damaging some of the product that was there opening it.
