Very good product. Exceptional Customer Service
I like this product a lot for it’s robust design, ease of set-up, 2-stage process, and value (=high performance:price ratio, IMHO) relative to the competition. I had to leak issues:1) On the IN side of the filter housing, the female brass fitting is hard to tighten (August 13, 2022 Reviewer brought up this issue also). I used a 5/16” hex-head bolt clamped in my vice-grip pliers. The head of the bolt is ½” across, and fits in the hex shaped hole in the throat of that brass fitting. I recommend putting 6+ wraps of Teflon tape on the pipe thread side of that fitting before screwing it into the polymer manifold. Works great, and since, a buddy welded some all-thread across the thread end of the bolt…I now have a T-handle “wrench” to tighten the fitting. The “slip” mentioned in the fitting is to relieve twist in your hose.2) On the OUT side of the filter housing, the brass fitting to polymer housing connection was cross-threaded, and finally leaked. This I could not fix, and that’s where Customer Service jumped in upon notification of my problem, and replaced my entire unit, thus confirming the value of their stated LIFETIME WARRANTY. They resolved the issue in DAYS, not weeks or months, or not at all. BEST Customer Service I’ve ever received.I have since made my Beech Lane filter unit “Quick Connect” with a 5 piece, heavy-duty brass Quick Connect kit (for standard garden hoses), plus the ¾” by ¾” female hose thread double swivel; item # 71937; both from ACE Hardware. Easily inserted filter system between my 2 hoses to provide filtered drinking water to the RV plumbing or tank; easy out if I have decent shore-water from the Park that’s fine for showering, dishes, etc. And, when I disconnect the filter, the 2 pieces of hose Quick-Connect together. A simplifying upgrade.Really nice product with superior back-up from Beech Lane. Thank you Jack!OBTW: Another high value product that I own from Beech Lane is their RV Leveler 2-pack"

This is a well designed, well built product, worth the $$.
Being a former ISO certified quality auditor, I'm picky and rarely find a high quality product these days. Had so many problems with cheap products from you-know-where I could scream. But, my wife and I love this product. We did not get a free unit or a single cent to write this either. We actually have a coach and a large travel trailer, and the later sports a GE whole house filter system which is annoying to use. Plus, we have a heavy duty plastic milk crate to set it in.This unit will stand up on its own, or can be mounted to your RV or a 2x4 brace. Easy setup. Comes with two nice quality filters. For less pressure drop, swap out the existing filters with two charcoal infused 1 micron filters instead. This unit is not leak prone like our other GE unit. Quality brass connectors, decent build quality, easy to tighten filter housing. You can also do as we do, and add 0.4 oz sodium dichlor (spa chlorine granules) using a digital scale into the 2nd cartridge housing, after removing filter #2, and easily sanitize your RV city or fresh water system. The water will swirl thru that second filter, slowly dissolve the sodium dichlor and voila, a fresh clean system or tank (bleach or food grade hydrogen peroxide works too, (not together, one or the other) but I have tons of sodium dichlor on hand. My little trick.Anyway, after several uses, I'll be swapping out the OEM filters for the charcoal filters instead, due to high mineral content and slight iron in North FL water.Nonetheless, this is a great product, fairly priced, well made, built to last.

Pleasantly Surprised
I am living at a campground with absolutely disgusting water. The sulphur smell (and rust color water) is so bad that you cannot shower in it without a filter. The water clogged a brand new brita filter in less than a day! I had been burning through the in-line 20 micron filters and decided to give this a try since we have a baby on the way. For the price and appearance of much improved water quality, I recommend this product to everyone at our campground. Setup is easy and instructions are adequate. I still run an in-line camco filter ahead of this filter system but that is only to prolong the life of these filters (even though they’re priced well). I figure a 20 to 5 to .5 Micron setup would work out well and it has. Highly recommend if your campground water is questionable or if you’re planning to drink the water in your camper.

So far so good
This product has been good so far. I can definitely see a difference in my water quality and definitely glad I bought it. I seen a lot of build up from the chlorine in my water pipes causing corrosion that was no good.Since I bought this I noticed no corrosion so far and have been very satisfied with the outcome.Definitely recommend 10/10

Full flow great filter.
This thing is amazing. Absolutely worth the price and every RV/camper owner should have one. For a fraction of the price of other comparable units I was unsure but as soon as the package arrived I could tell it was of high quality. I have so far lost no pressure and the water comes as clean and clear as you would hope. I highly recommend some quick connectors for the water hose fittings and I wish it came with a 3-4 foot hose but I would buy this 10x before a more expensive unit.

Just what I needed.
Easy to use. I have mounted it on my trailer. I remove it for transit and use it when filling my water tank and at the campsite when I have water hookup. It improves the quality of the water.

Quality Unit!
This dual filter system is well built. I installed it to filter the water for my park model trailer in hope it would remove a periodic smell that we would get when we first turned on the faucets. It didn’t! I suspect this is more of cartridge issue. The water source is lake water that is filtered and run through an UV light prior to getting to our trailer. The supplied cartridges do remove a lot more sediment and other impurities. I didn’t notice any pressure loss after installation.

Seems like well made system
I haven't been able to see where you can order or get spare o-rings (gaskets).I know they don't last many changes so if you sell them let me know. Thanks
