Our Thousand-Layer Cake Roll is Euforia's most popular dessert! Using our family recipe for the Indonesian dessert Lapis Legit, impossibly thin, delicate layers of richly flavored cake are carefully stacked, baked, and then rolled into a lovely dessert that will turn any event into a special occasion. While the traditional Spice is our most popular flavor, the Thousand-Layer Cake is also available in Vanilla and Lemon. The Thousand Layer Cake is handmade using only natural ingredients, it contains no flour, and it's naturally gluten free. Ingredients: eggs, butter, sugar, milk, fragrant spices/vanilla/lemon, salt, and citric acid (for lemon flavor only). Cakes can be shipped and stored at room temperature up to three weeks. They will also maintain freshness up to three months when refrigerated or up to a year when frozen.
