The box the pods come in does not identify any ingredients in the pods. The pods themselves are not labeled with ingredients. Caffeine Free: Peppermint, Herbal Chai and Camomile. Caffeine containing: Chai Black Tea

The chai tea has caffeine. If it says herbal then its caffeine free. My box has both.
