Although the fridge appears to be meant for chilling six-packs in a man cave, I use it to keep my insulin cool in my bedroom, right next to the bathroom where I inject. Having the insulin close keeps me from forgetting to use it. The fridge works just fine. Nice and chilly. Big enough to hold a 6-pack of cans. And the energy use document it came with says it costs only $30/year to run.

This mini fridge keeps everything super super cold. We haven't tried the heat feature yet but we will I'm sure at some point. It is an excellent price and value. I love the fact that you can draw on it as well it's fun to leave little notes on the front. It's very easy to clean and I love the fact that it will plug up into your truck or vehicle as well as the wall. The portability is awesome. #FoundItOnAmazon

I like this just beware it only holds 7 cans. Works best if your can already has been refrigerated. It doesn’t cool the drink as much as I would like putting a warm can in. Have not used the warm feature. It has a soft sound like a small fan. It’s not that noticeable to me. This could also hold 16.9 ounces plastic bottles if you prefer those.

Update! I have had this 2 1/2 years now and it is still doing great!! This is a life changer. I suffer from medical issues that make it extremely difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Having this lil guy to put my energy shakes in had helped me so much! I only turn it on at night and turn it off during the day. I have not seen an increase on my electric bill, so I think it must not use much. I haven't seen the water build up inside issue as reported by some reviews. It is run by a fan system which is a bit on the noisy side, but it hadn't affected my husband's ability to sleep. (I wear ear plugs every night so I don't think my opinion is a good one on the it's noise) I've had this for 4 months and I don't know how I lived without it!!

I work a night shift and was looking for something to keep in my room so I didn't bother anyone else in the house going to the kitchen at 3 or 4am for a drink. I was quite happy with this mini fridge for the first two weeks. It took up little space on my counter, kept my drinks cold, and was fairly quiet. The magnet keeping the door shut was strong enough that there was never a concern that it wouldn't stay closed/air tight to maintain temperature. Then, it just stopped working. No unusual noises, smells, or anything else to indicate what the problem was. Indicator LED showed it was on and it was making the normal operational sounds. For further information, the unit was used in an air conditioned environment with a minimum of 6 inches surrounding the entire unit for ventilation and kept out of direct sunlight. The unit was never dropped, hit, or had any physical occurrence that would have damaged it. I kept at max six cans inside so it was not overloaded. I tested the outlet and even tried a different outlet to ensure it wasn't an external power issue. I tried leaving it off and unplugged for a couple days and then re-plugged it back in and powered on to see if it would work again. No troubleshooting ideas helped. I decided to just return it for a refund since I have little hopes a replacement would last long after this unit died so quickly.

I was looking for a micro-fridge for my office to hold yogurt and creamer for my frequent cups of tea. I needed something compact, stylish but not too noticeable, and quiet. This came really close... It was really nice looking, and the food I put inside it was cold (not just cool). So what was the problem??? The fan. It wasn't just that the fan was quite noticeable in the quiet of my office, it was that the fan ran 24/7. That's right... from when I plugged in the fridge to when I unplugged it 4 days later, the fan ran non-stop. I'd roughly equate the noise to the sound of a fan in an older desktop computer (not the new ultra-quiet ones). It wasn't a horrible noise, but there was no question you could constantly hear it running. Now I suppose the fan was working since the food was cold, but I was surprised the fan never stopped running. Maybe the thermostat was broken? Maybe it was designed without one? I don't know, but I do know it was too much for me to sit in the same room with 8 hours a day. Pros - Kept my food cold! - Very stylish looking, in fact better than the pictures. - Small and to the measurements provided - Solid construction - Came with a 12v auto cord (though this is a bit big for a normal car) Cons - The fan ran 24/7 and was loud enough that I am returning this. If you won't be in the same room as this or near it, or if you're hard of hearing, this is otherwise a great product.

The five star rating I gave this was for how it met my needs. I use it to store chocolate bars. It holds up to 15 3.5 oz bars. Ideal temperature for me is 65F. What I notice about the Chefman Mini is that it is very sensitive to ambient temperature. We had some chili nights in San Diego and it got down to 45F in my garage. Temp inside the cooler went down to 37F. In the daytime my garage gets up to around 80F. Cooler temp goes up to about 55F. It has a constant soft hum that never stops as long as it is plugged in. That would annoy me if it was in the house. It's not perfect for me but it is the best I can find.

Love this and it's perfect for my desktop at work! I like that the shelf comes out and I can put one of my taller water bottles in there plus a few snack bags of fruits and veggies that need to stay cold. I love the color (we purchased teal) and the size is perfect! It is easy to use and I like the A/C or car plug function.

El diseño es muy bonito, práctico y la descripción corresponde bien con el producto. Tiene una parrilla separadora que puedes colocar en 3 distintos niveles, para lo cual el mini refri tiene ranuras en las que queda a la perfección. El uso que le doy es para skin care y de verdad funciona excelente. Como se puede ver en la tapa sudada de mi perfume, quedó frío. Tiene buena capacidad y además en la puerta tiene otro pequeño compartimento en el que puede almacenar pequeños tubos. Lo mejor, el ruido es mínimo, imperceptible.

i purchased this mini fridge for my bedroom to store my baby's milk bottles. especially for someone after a c-section, its hard to go up and down stairs or walk the distance to fridge so this has come to use and works well. it keeps the milk very cold, has enough space to store about 3-4 bottles. i havnt used it in the car yet, but it will help with road trips to keep stuff warm or cold. good purchase so far !
