It's a fairly good grated cheese, and I like the ingredients (no cellulose!). It doesn't have that pungency that I love, but you get what you pay for. The best cheese-----pecorino Romano, Parmesan, and so on-----costs an arm and a leg.Still, a good bargain and not so bad. . . : )

I buy this brand because it does not contain cellulose which comes from wood. Many other brands do. I use this in recipes and it tastes great. It's hard to find in my area, so I buy it from Amazon, three jars at a time. We like it very much.

This cheese wasn't available by me when I bought it on here, overpaid of course, but now it is available by me.Love 4C though.

Love this cheese. Tastes great with no weirdo filler, which means it will clot up but that is easily remedied.

We like not having added cellulose as a non caking agent.

We like the flavor. And use it in all over pasta dishes.

Have been buying this locally, and was happy to find it on Amazon. Especially like there are no fillers.
