Compared to the other set, they are better quality and worth the $5 more that I paid for them.
I havent had them long, but the are beautiful. I didnt think i would like the bowl size , but fantastic for salads and I eat a lot of salads. They look and feel like they will be durable. I had bought another brand of dinnerware, compared the two and easily chose the Safdie & Company set over the other set.

these plates were selling like hot cakes and i got them for a good price before they sold out and went up a tad in price. they are still good in price either way. they are porcelain instead of ceramic. good quality
