At the age of 65 I suddenly developed "teenage spots" after a picking up an illness on a flight to the USA. After many different remedies from the doctoral and self tried potions that did not work, I discovered one that did and it smelled of coconut. I researched coconut oil on line and found that not only was it good for cooking but also for skin care. I tried it and my spots had gone within days, using four times a day. Now my skin is back to normal I apply it just once a day. I only use the purist virgin oil from Tiana and it only a very small quantity is required.

I use coconut oil 3 times a week on my hair. After the gym I apply this to my hair & leave on my hair till morning & wash off before work. I honestly believe this product is the reason why my hair is so long, soft, shiny & in brilliant condition considering all the past hair dyeing it has gone through. I continuously have people commenting on how beautiful my hair is. This brand is by far my favourite & the only brand I purchase & yes I have bought at least 6 different brands in the past but believe this is by far the best. May be a little pricey compared to all the rest but 100% worth it

I've been buying this coconut oil for quite a while now and I must say I'm very satisfied with the quality.I used it for cooking, on the skin, eat it straight from the jar, in recipes, etc.You might be interested to know that it's got a soft coconutty smell, not too strong, which I like.I prefer this to the deodorised products, which I'd imagine are further processed.

Love this coconut oil, light clean taste, its organic & cold pressed. Packed in a glass jar. Solid at room temperature, melts slowly in hand.I use in food like porridge, hot chocolate; superb as a face/hand cream (night time only, def no UVA protection) and I give my dog a teaspoon daily (well within recommended dose of a tsp per 10 lb wt, some sites suggest less).Amazon packing the best - bubble wrapped & boxed - thankyou!

I have used this brand for years on my skin & hair and I've never had a spot or greasy hair its amazing stuff and natural and healthy instead of all those chemical hair and moisturiser products that cost 5 times as much. I will always only ever use this TIANA ORGANIC COLD PRESSED COCONUT OIL . BEST THING EVER
