This is a gorgeous devotional manual that will be treasured by any catholic with a devotion to the Sacred Heart.

One of the most spiritually enriching books I have ever had. It is a book for anyone who truly wants to know and experience the Love of Jesus in their daily lives.

It captures in vivid detail the quintessence of Sacred Heart Devotion. A most have for all Catholics.

Book arrived in poor condition with a zip code lapel which could not be removed from the front of the book. Offered a replacement which was just as tatty: it looked second hand and had slightly bashed corners. Poor service.

This little book is a must for anyone with a devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus (or hopes to develop that devotion). The book itself is physically easy to hold, as it is in the hand dimensions of a small, traditional book of devotions. The book offers not just a random smattering of prayers and meditations on the Sacred Heart, but also a structured week of prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, as well as a structured month of prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The latter two structures could easily serve as simple form of daily prayer or as a supplement to the Divine or Daily Office. Many of the prayers in this little volume are profound, and they all are unquestionably orthodox. I've had my own copy of this book for several years, and it is my favourite book of devotions, which has led me to purchase this book as a gift on a number of occasions. Do yourself - or someone else - a favour by purchasing this book; it will enrich one's prayer life immeasurably!

The language is older usage. Not great for modern audience engagement.

This book is so deep and captivating in portraying the imagery of the sacred heart. Through it's various entries, the reader is made aware of the truly captivating mystery of our Lord's saving wounds, blood, and sacred heart. I highly recommend this devotional to those seeking a closer union with Christ and his passion.

This book is a treasure trove of heart changing prayers! It contains a 30 day reflection and set of weekly prayers to be prayed similar to liturgy of the hours. There are also other prayers for special needs. Out of all my devotionals, I use this the most. Learn how to pray w/ the Carthusians.

This Jewel of a book needs wide circulation especially now with the synod and church seemingly in upheavel of our own making. This book turns all temporal anxieties to dust.
