Chi Vitalizer Machine Complete Program for Weight Loss, Swollen Ankles, Fibromyalgia and More USJ-106

I usually do a lot of research including reading reviews before I buy. Although The Vitalizer is priced a little higher than other brands of Chi machines, it had very good reviews so I went ahead and purchased. I travel for work so I didn’t get a chance to immediately try out the machine when it first arrived, then once I tried it for a couple of weeks I was extremely disappointed but unfortunately my 30 day window for Amazon returns expired. I was prepared to put together an unfavorable product review but decided before I would submit I would give the company a chance to make it right, so I contacted (Healthy Happy Long Life) to let them know the product was malfunctioning. I received a very prompt reply from Gary at that company saying they wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase. They bent over backwards offering to send me a new Chi Machine or allow me to return it for a full refund (return label included). I told him I would like to experience all the hype I was reading from folks using the Chi so he immediately sent me a new machine. Again I was very discouraged as the new one performed just as the one we were replacing, very little movement and cutting out or stopping frequently, as it turned out and with a full apology of my own, it was my own electrical outlet in my house that was causing the problem. I resolved (my) electrical problem and have enjoyed using the Chi now for about a week, since going through chemo a couple of years ago, I have developed neuropathy and deal with a lot of chronic foot and leg pain. The Chi machine seems to help reduce the pain. I have decided rather than send the first one back I will keep it, and since these guys were so fantastic to work with I will purchase the replacement they sent as well. This is a good product and a very good company selling it. Thanks again

I have had the Chi Vitalizer for about a week. There have been some major changes in me. First of all, I have c3,c5 &c7 herniated about 3 mm. Not bad enough for surgery but bad enough for pain. I used Prolo therapy about 10 years ago and it got rid of the constant pain, but then recently it started back. Prolo therapy is great but expensive....so my wife was introduced to the Sun system and encourage me to buy one. I did the research and found the Chi Vitalizer to be a better deal. The adjustable cycle seems to be very important - a 80 year old woman and a 24 year old 250 linebacker need different speeds IMHO. So I bought the Chi Vializer. So far the pain in my shoulder is almost gone, my lower back, which was in spasm, is now almost fully relaxed, the pain in my feet (PF) is greatly reduced. I use it once in the AM and once at night. I use a lower setting at night - more of a relaxing mode vs the daytime shake it up mode. I found that I sleep better this way. My wife is using it to and sees a difference in her shoulder pain and knee pain. This is not a miracle machine - you gotta stay with it and use it regularly - but it does help align your back and loosen up your hips (most of my lower back pain comes from locked hips). I recommend the unit highly.

I love my Chi Vitalizer, I have done extended research before deciding on this machine vs others. It is very smooth quiet and the timer is very convenient. I do 15 minutes in the morning and the same in the afternoon My max speed is at 9 in a clock dial, I feel this is the perfect speed for me and the relief of my back pain, in two month of use I lost 12 pounds. I purchased one for my daughter and a friend purchased hers after trying mine.This is my companion for life..

Purchased for my daughter's fibromyalgia relief. She likes the unit overall, but found that it caused additional knee pain. This is probably because the knees are unsupported while using this machine. If you support the knees with a pillow, some of the machine's movement and positive benefits are reduced. WE FOUND A GREAT SOLUTION -- we purchased two balls to place under her knees. The balls give support, while allowing the full movement of the machine to continue. We purchased the 8.5 inch playground Balls (by AppleRound, set of 4). These can be pumped to the perfect size for knee support while using the Chi Vitalizer. Cool product except that after 5 weeks of owning it it has begun to go haywire. Only once did it shut off automaticaly after 15 mins and i did notice slight changes in speed during use when not touching the speed dial. Only now it has begun to lurch and run rough. Also the speed shifts have become dramatic. No longer can i set the speed and expect it to remain at that speed on its own. Its like its become posessed with its own shifty speed control. 3 weeks beyond the return period. I hope by posting this an exception can be made. An expensive machine like this should last 10 years or so. Not 7 weeks. If problems like these arent dealt with appropriately, I suggest checking out a more reliable brand.

Omg, I love it.I have the cheaper $100 version as well and there is NO comparison. This machine has a wider swing and the foot bolsters are way more comfortable.I started using it 1 week ago for 1-2 x 15 min and have a significant reduction in pain, range of motion in my neck etc. In the beginning you might feel sore all over, but after a few days of continuous use, you should feel much better. For the first time in a long time, I can actually drop and relax my shoulders. Amazing. And it feels heavenly. Highly recommend. I also do medical massage and am using it on clients for relaxation as well as enhancing circulation.
