Under Cabinet Led Light Strip Motion Activated, Under Bed Light 3.3ft with Automatic Shut Off Timer, USB Powered, Motion Sensor Night Strip Light Halloween Lighting Decoration (Warm White)

There's lots of potential with this product, but unfortunately, the motion sensor seems to have failed after I tried to use the adjustment wheel to control the duration of the lights. At first, the light strip would shut off after 15 seconds of inactivity, but now, the light strip stays on constantly.Update: turns out, it matters what end of the motion sensor you use to plug in the power cable vs the LED strip. the connectors are exactly the same, but on a whim, I switch things around, and now it works. upgrading my original 2-star review to 4 stars. Still taking a point off for poor instructions.

The light output (lumen) is good for my cabinet (~4-feet wide by 2.5-feet tall) Color temp (Kelvin) is what I wanted. Motion sensor activates as expected. However, the battery life is short based on the usage of the light. Batteries are significantly depleted to the point of requiring replacement after less then 6-weeks of installation. I've only been in the cabinet about 8 times since installation. My hunch is the Motion Sensor is requiring a lot of power and thus draining the batteries. I own and have installed 4 other similar types of lights and they last about 10-14 Months on triple A (AAA) batteries with much more usage. The major difference is the Motion Sensor isn't the same.

The light strip is pretty standard, but the other parts are pretty cheap plastic. Could easily break. The adjustable parts are not easily adjusted. And the directions are conflicting (images of the box show two different ways to set it up). Make sure the light strip is connected to the "OUT" side of the box.I think it will work for what I want it to do, but I wasn't hugely impressed.

I got this for my kid's locker and we were all exited to get it installed. When we finally did, I'd say we were all a little disappointed with the color and light output on it.However, it does work very well and has continued to do so for a little over a month now. The motion sensing works well too.

This was perfect for my application. The wife wanted some light on her coffee shelf which is constructed of glass planks on angle iron supports. This product is a short ribbon with adhesive backing. Took a minute to peel and stick it onto the bottom side of the top shelf. Then plugged in the motion sensor and used an extra USB power block we had laying around. She loves it! BTW the brightness is perfect. Not as intense as it looks in my attached photo..

I ordered a set of these lights last year they’re great. Especially with the ability to connect strips to each other. I bought a new set for that reason, but they cannot be connected. So, I’m going to take the old ones and replace them with the new ones. Unnecessary work. I don’t have the time to wait for a new set.

I originally bought this just for the motion sensor. I ended up not needing it for that other product so instead I put it in my nursery so that when the baby cries at night I don’t have to turn on the lights. I simply walk in the room and these lights kick on.

These broke while I was installing them, had to repair them myself.
