Just as advertised. Fast delivery Easy to prepare, fast and tasty.

The BEN’S ORIGINAL Ready Rice Jasmine Rice (8.5 oz pouch, Pack of 6) has been a great addition to my weekly meal routine. The jasmine rice cooks up fast — just microwave or stovetop — and the texture is consistently fluffy and light. It’s a huge time‑saver on busy nights when I need a reliable side for stir‑fries, curries, or grilled proteins. Flavor‑wise, it’s mild and pleasant — perfect for absorbing sauces or seasonings you add later, though a bit plain on its own if you’re expecting bold taste. That said, it’s exactly what I want in a versatile rice base: no gimmicks, no mushiness, and no long cooking time. The six‑pack is convenient and helps keep the pantry stocked without constant re‑ordering. If you’re looking for an easy, no‑fuss jasmine rice solution that actually tastes good, this is a solid choice. I’d definitely buy it again!

As a busy 2 under 2 parent, I rely on quick sides that don't sacrifice taste, so I picked up this 6-pack of BEN'S ORIGINAL Ready Rice Jasmine Rice to test as an everyday staple. It's now become a regular reoccuring purchase! Used it about 3-4 times a week, here's my straightforward, honest experience. Preparation is effortless: Just squeeze the pouch to loosen the rice, tear a small vent (about 2 inches), and microwave for 90 seconds. I usually let it rest for another 30 seconds after to let the steam finish fluffing it up, as it comes out very hot. No pots, no draining, no waiting for water to boil, no extra dishes to clean - also doesn't take up much room in the pantry. Perfect for our busy household. What stands out positively: The grains come out fluffy and separate, with that classic jasmine floral aroma and subtle nutty flavor that reminds me of good takeout Thai rice. It's not sticky or gummy like some cheaper microwave options I've tried. Very low sodium (great if you're watching salt), vegetarian, and free of artificial colors/flavors/preservatives — clean ingredients list for a convenience product. Consistent quality pouch to pouch; no duds in this pack. Each 8.5 oz pouch is a solid serving for 1-2 people as a side (about 2 cups cooked). Sometimes, just one pouch is perfect for myself! A few realistic drawbacks: There's a slight "pre-cooked" taste from if you eat it plain — it's minor, but fresh stovetop jasmine rice still edges it out for pure authenticity when I have time. The pouch design is handy, but the clear bottom lets you see the rice (which is nice for checking), yet sometimes the grains stick a bit to the packaging when emptying. The top rarely ever completely tears off post-heating, packaging issue I assume, rather than user error. Overall, this is one of the top microwave jasmine rices I've found. Tasty for what it is, and a huge time-saver on hectic weeknights. It earns a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars from me. If convenience is your priority over from-scratch cooking, this is worth keeping in the pantry. Highly recommend.

I really like this rice because it’s so fast and convenient when dinner needs to be easy. It only takes 90 seconds and feeds two, or more people, easily. I feel the portion size is perfect for us. We really like the taste, just as good as when I fully cook rice. Very good. Smells good and I love making it with chicken in one pot or as a side. Buying from Amazon is a fresher way to buy, something in big box or local stores it’s a little harder to break up, (before cooking you want to break up the rice before cooking) therefore, not as fresh. Very good.

Very good tasting rice plus it's quick and easy to make. No sodium and soft and fluffy. I add a bit of butter then pair with beans, tortillas, etc. Goes great with homemade burritos or cheese and rice quesadillas. Also works with bean and cheese dip. Love this product.

This is just like the rice. You get at a chinese restaurant Or sushi restaurant. If you follow the directions on the bag, the taste is amazing. They also have coconut flavor which Depends On what you're making if you have any leftover meat or chicken. This is excellent to cook and throw in some vegetables. And Wala, you have a Chinese dinner or stir-fry. Don't forget to tear the edge of the bag Open a little bit and break up the rice before you microwave it 90 seconds. The stuff is amazing. We've used stuff That's a little expired & it still turned out great, the preparation is quick. Microwave it an the portion size depending on how much you eat or like a lot of rice. I usually eat 1 bag and my husband usually eats one bag. It's healthy, no real mess to clean up. An helps make a quick meal. I highly recommend it, we love it! Good to have something on hand to help make a good quick dinner. Great product. We love the way it has the stickiness but it's not mushy, hard or overcooked, it's perfect. Amazing the quality & texture. It's exactly like sushi rice. Soft not mushy & not hard. JUST like Goldilocks rice lol. My family Highly recommend. Expiration date is always on point. An the portion Size is about enough for1 person to us anyways.
