First of all, I must say I am very grateful to be able to purchase this phone case in 2020!Now, the product itself is very well designed save for one thing I wished could be better - I wish the leather thickness was even on the back of the cover. Due to one half of the cover being thicker lengthwise, the phone does not lay perfectly flat on the table. It does not affect the way product looks on the whole and it is pretty much unnoticeable until you tap the top-side of the cover when it is close position or when you try to type on the phone with the cover opened and laid flat on the table. It could get a little irritating as the phone keeps rocking left and right. But to be honest, that is quite an unnatural way to use the phone, so a four-star rating is still a fair evaluation of the product. Most people, I believe, would be typing with the phone in landscape orientation and in landscape, you will not feel the product rocking at all.The leather exterior feels soft and comfortable to touch and I notice over time, the leather feels more and more like genuine leather. The interior lining is very soft, almost like touching velvet. The card slot on the interior of the top cover is well-placed and a single credit card and a business card fit in it perfectly and it is not very noticeable when the top cover is closed. However, the magnetic closure is slightly affected when the cards are inside the slot. Care must be taken when slotting the card in as you could damage the adhesion of the interior layer to the exterior. In my case, that happened because I was in a hurry, but subsequently the adhesion seems to have fixed itself! But of course, I am more careful with it now. The seams around the phone cover are stitched beautifully and adds to the elegance of the whole design.The TPU shell provides a snug fit for the phone (Lumia 930) and has all the necessary holes/cutouts where they should be. Everything including the buttons line up almost perfectly - the side buttonholes are just a millimetre off, but does not affect the access to the buttons. I wished the hole around the headphone jack was a little wider so I could plug in the slightly wider plug of my speakers. Again, that's just a tiny inconvenience for an otherwise fantastic product. The magnetic closure bit is really amazing - it is hard to tell how it works since the top cover comes directly in contact with the TPU shell made of rubber. Magnetic rubber? Maybe. Together with the faux leather cover and the phone, the whole thing fits into the palm so nicely, you would think you are holding a phone made of leather; I mean the edges are so thin and soft, you could not really feel the edges of the cover against your thumb while cradling it in your fingers. This is truly brilliant. You can tell that the designer(s) is/are quite experienced and Cadorabo has done well to get them on their team.When talking on the phone, you could choose to fold the cover backwards or just close the cover. Either way, the phone feels safe in your hands and even if you were to drop it, you could be certain, the TPC shell will protect your phone, especially the edges and corners and even the glass as long as it is a flat surface.Finally, the stand function is, to me, an icing on the cake. I don't really watch videos on the phone, but if I did, I can be certain it would be very handy, the way you can adjust the angle with no predefined ridges to limit your choice of angles.On the whole, I will highly recommend this cover and perhaps any other covers Cadorabo makes. In fact, after just over two weeks of owning this cover, I was impressed enough to purchase one for my Sony Xperia XZ. I can't wait to find out if it is just as good (or even better?)!
