This Blood Pressure Monitor is compact, simple to use, convenient, and most of all accurate! In the photo I show my old BP monitor on the left and this new one on the right. As you can see, the form factor of the base unit is a small fraction of the size of the older unit, and it comes with a convenient carrying sack! This monitor runs on 4 AAA batteries which is very convenient. I did not even need to use the instructions to program the time and date, the interface is very intuitive. Most of all, the unit is very accurate - I have compared it with my old, larger unit and I even took it to my doctor's office with me and compared it to his manual readings and the readings are very accurate every time. The price of this unit is also very reasonable. I see no reason to buy any other unit - this one is inexpensive, well made, and has the accuracy and features that anyone who monitors their BP at home will need! Reccomended without reservations - this is the one to get!

My wife and I have been looking for a convenient blood pressure monitor that wouldn't require assistance to use, and this has ended up being a great option. First of all, it came with its own carrying bag, making it easy to store, and an excellently clear manual for use. At first I was confused, because I tried to make it more complicated than it needed to be (something that my wife accuses me of often), but once I realized that just pushing the "Start/Stop" button made everything begin, life got a lot easier. (I was originally pushing Start to turn it on and then pushing other buttons to get it to take my BP, which just confused it.)The display is large and clear and easy to understand. Best of all, it stores my previous readings so I can see how I am doing over time. It also allows my wife to have her own "user" records, storing her information separately. I had previously purchased a monitor from a major pharmacy chain, but was unhappy with it on several levels, having to reposition it several times before I could get a decent reading. Thus far I have not had any problems with the SMARTRO cuff reading my pressure the first time every time.Now if it would only lower my blood pressure as part of the testing process, I would really be happy.Pros: - Easy to get on and off alone - Big display and clear what is happening during the test - Stores history for two different usersCon: - Honestly, this is a little nitpicky, but it was more difficult than I expected to get the batteries into the unit, but nothing overwhelming, and the batteries have lasted very well so far. The media could not be loaded.  My wife and I have used this unit each day since it arrived to measure our blood pressure. It has been accurate for both of us. We gave our old unit to our daughter because hers stopped working and we came across this one that kept the memory of 90 readings for 2 people which was great for us. This comes with a nice carrying bag as well as clear instructions. The unit requires 4 AAA batteries. It does have a place to plug a 6V external power source. The display is large and easy to read and it has backlighting which makes it easier to read. The video shows the monitor being used and how it keeps track of the blood pressure. When you first push the memory button, it gives the average reading for the last 3 readings. I also point out in the video that the unit picked up on an irregular heartbeat that I had on one of the days I took my blood pressure. At the time I took it, I was feeling a fluttering of my heart but it went away shortly after taking my pressure. I highly recommend this blood pressure monitor. We are thinking of purchasing another one for our daughter because we like this one more than our last one.

First of all, i am a nurse and my goto has always been a manual cuff because, well, accuracy. When i received this cuff, i was skeptical but hopeful. I was impressed with the quality, the packaging and the ease of use. The manual was easy to read too. It didn't come with batteries (AAA) but that wasnt too big of a deal. Loves the travel bag it comes with!! So, i set it up with time date etc...easy. I used it on myself first and it was comfortable and again very easy, especially doing it on myself, the cuff was super easy to use with one hand. The results, pretty accurate to my baseline BP. Next i checked it on a coworker. I used a manual cuff first to get a manual reading, waited a bit and then checked her with this cuff...and to my surprise....it was accurate. I will be using this often, when needed for sure!!!/totally recommend this one, i have gotten quite a few others like the wrist cuffs etc...they weren't accurate, or user friendly!!

The cuff itself is EXCELLENT! It actually inflates evenly! The last 3 machines I have tried felt like a thin string was being tightened around my arm. It was very uncomfortable and the machines would error out because of it. I even spent way more money on fancy BP machines with bluetooth, etc. But I have had to return them all because they did not inflate properly or they all had errors in using them. I even took them with me to my doctor appointments to see if I was using them incorrectly. But they could not get them to work, either. THIS MACHINE IS EASY TO USE AND THE CUFF INFLATES PROPERLY! Thank you for making a product that works, is easy and comfortable to use and doesn't kill the bank account. VERY SATISFIED!

This automatic blood pressure, comes with an all sized velcro cuffed. I suggest that you have a small to large arm for usage. The device is easy to set up, and requires you to choose which user you are so that you can have two people use the BP and keep proper records. Not only are the blood pressures painless, and fast, but you can get a average of all your blood pressures in the event that you take them at different activity levels. The display has a back light and the number are large and easy to see. This is an awesome high quality device and recommend buying it.
