Disappointed- I bought raggedy any dolls for my grandsons and the book to go along. They live the dolls but not as interested in the book, and they are voracious readers reading an avg if 3 books a day so really surprised by lack of interest

The Singing ShellEach story begins with a full two-page spread containing a full page color illustration on the left; and on the right, the title of the story with a smaller illustration beneath it.Each story is about 4-7 pages long, with illustrations approximately every other page. I counted only four places in the book where there was not a picture on either the left or the right side, just text.All in all, I am quite satisfied I made the perfect purchase to introduce my daughter to the stories behind the Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls she just received for Christmas.

I was very excited when I found this book. I have raddedy Ann and Andy dolls that are antiques and wanted to give them to my granddaughter for her birthday. This book allowed my daughter to be able to read stories about these two.I hated that the book was damaged!!!!I do not have time to return this book before her birthday party . The packaging was not damaged therefore I know it was damaged previous to packing!!I would like to add to my review. The book itself was absolutely awesome. It will be a wonderful addition to the dolls!!!! I also would like to give thanks to amazon prime! I decided to return the original book and in doing so the new book was at my home expeditiously!!!

Cute story book that goes with life size dolls given to me. Story a bit advanced for 1 year olds but will be good as they grow.

Gift to my greatgrandchildren who are fraternal twins.

This beautifully illustrated library bound book gives the best of Raggedy Ann and Andy stories. My twin 3 years old grandchildren often bring this book out first to read. The book is only 6 months old and has the look of a “read many time” classic. It’s study, though, and can handle all the use it gets. The kids have even memorized some lines and say them at the right place in a stories. So much fun!

Just after I gave the book to my granddaughter, I read an article that talked of the importance of reading to children from birth!I had already given her Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls. Even though this is a newborn baby, as a great grandma Idon't know how much of this precious child's life I'll be a part of and I wanted her to have something very special.The book is perfect. Nice long stories (but not too long) and lots of pictures. I'm very pleased. How wonderful to be able togive a gift to cover hours of cuddling and opening the door to imagination.

What's not to like about Raggedy Ann and Andy books, lovely drawings and sweet stories kids will enjoy for many years.

Love the book. Are there any other similar. If so, I may consider another order

I love to read so I bought this for my granddaughter. I think she will really enjoy it as she grows.
