This leather case is a great feeling case....I love the way it feels! And it looks great! I mean, that is if you don't look at the bright color of the blue phone showing through the back. The buttons on the side are nice and responsive. Overall it is a great case, except for one flaw.Since another review mentioned this as well, I don't think it is a defective product, it seems to be a design flaw. The case sticks up over the edge of the phone enough to protect the screen....on the top part of the screen, but not near the bottom. When you get to the bottom of the case, it is just barely flush with the screen so it wouldn't protect it at all. If you will look at my photos, you can see what I am referring too. If they would fix this design flaw...it would be a 5 star case in my opinion.

This is a great (actual) leather case that feels good in the hand, offers protection, and doesn't add hardly anything to the footprint of the phone.The lip around the edges is a tad on the small side, but it's definitely sufficient and should prevent your screen from touching surfaces when lying face down. The port cutouts are good - nothing missing here. The feel in the hand is very nice. It's not too rough and not too smooth. The buttons are very tactile and have a high-quality finish.

Bought this case for my iPhone XR. This case is perfect. The issue with the bottom portion not providing an adequate lip is non existent. I believe this is an updated model. The fit and finish are perfect for the XR. The buttons are nice and clicky (the power button was a little sticky at first but after giving it a few presses it works flawlessly now)I’m coming from an iPhone 7 Plus that had the Apple leather case. When comparing these two I’d give the Apple case a slight edge when discussing quality and feel of material. And I mean SLIGHT. The leather is a little softer and gripier. The microfiber cloth in the inside seems a little softer too In the Apple case. The Apple case cost double of what this case cost me, and in my opinion is not worth the extra money. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

The case arrived quickly. It came in a nice wooden box so this would make a great gift. I have a Product Red IPhone XR and thought I’d originally would want a black case but got the red color case instead. I wasn’t sure how well it would go with my red phone because the pictures made it seem like it would be too bright. To my surprise, the color of this case is perfect. It’s not too bright and has some dark shades throughout. It’s very luxurious looking and feeling. The case also has that great smell of real leather. The inside of the case has a nice soft feeling to it. I didn’t have any problems getting the case on. Once on, it fit like a glove. I have several types of cases (clear, black, etc.) but this is my first leather case and I think this may end up being my daily driver. Some have mentioned issues with the lip or not fitting right. The case I received fit perfectly. There is a little bit of a lip for top down protection. There’s also some decent coverage around the camera. The buttons feel great and are made out of metal. They are very responsive. I will note that volume down button is just a tad off center but it still works fine and may only be an issue if you’re nit picky. For the price and quality of this case I’d say it’s very good. If you have a Product Red XR, go with the Red color case. It matches perfectly. I hope this review helps and I included some pictures.

I bought this case for my red iPhone XR a couple months ago and have had an overall positive experience.The bright red gives way to a dark red/ox blood patina after a few months. I initially decided on this case because, unlike other leather cases, the bright color options allowed me to maintain my iPhone XR's red coloring without resorting to a clear case which would yellow over time. Due to that motivation, the darkening is slightly disappointing but not unexpected and does ultimately improve the look of the case.The case was initially hard and felt more cardboard than leather, but after breaking in, the leather feels nice to the touch though still not soft. The interior backing is lined with a felt which appears to be poorly cut and glued on, though I have not encountered any issues. There is no felt lining the interior sides.Silver pieces function as buttons for volume and power; they fit nicely, though the lower volume button has slightly drifted and is not perfectly lined up with the case like the other two buttons. This has not affected the functionality, which works perfectly fine like the other buttons. I'm not concerned at this point, but the flaw is notable.I've dropped my phone a handful of times in this case and have yet to experience any damage to my phone. Unlike some other users according to their reviews, my case extends beyond the front face of the phone providing a small lip to protect the screen. The fit is snug so the phone does not pop out of the case once dropped. The leather case does not extend over the bottom of the phone, instead opening completely for the speakers and lightning port. I'd have preferred the case extend across the bottom to provide better protection to the lower screen, and have cutouts for the lightning port and speakers, but I'm guessing this was done for accessory compatibility and sound quality.Overall, this is a good case for the price. Do not expect it to compete with quality of leather Apple or more expensive cases, but you cannot go wrong with this purchase for the price.

The case feels great. The leather smell is perfect. The buttons are very tactile. The problem is it doesn’t fit. The bottom of the case is too small for the phone so the aluminum is showing around the edges and I don’t think the case extends far enough past the glass to offer any sort of protection. It’s a shame since all three of the reviews for this product are five star.

It seems that the case really is leather. Unlike so many listings that try to fool you into thinking they are using genuine leather. The case is a perfect fit and looks great.
