Good quality and easy to use . Allow plenty of time to assemble wasn’t really that difficult to make up

This arrived in a heavy box ready to be assembled. It took two of us 4 hours to build. It suggests to use a mallet and I’d recommend it as the parts need to be hammered together. Once built it is a sturdy piece of kit but it squeaks incessantly and no about of lubricant will stop it. All that said it is an impressive machine that will hopefully last.

Does need two people to at least get the feet on, but then straightforward to build. Really sturdy and silent operation with some good features and challenging levels. The motorised incline is also a useful addition.

I had bought this same model in 2019 and it was initially great. I used it about 4x/ week. The noise started about 2 years in however. Initially it was not very noticeable. When it became unbearable, we tried to order a new belt which proved difficult because of supply chain issues. Eventually, 4 months later, we got it and it didn’t resolve the issue. A new motor, which may or may not have resolved it, was going to cost $200 +shipping, so I decided to buy a brand new one as the price is relatively competitive and I had liked the machine for a few years.When the new trainer arrived however, it was a struggle to put it together. The welding was not very good quality (the previous same model had been built to a higher standard and actually, was slightly different). Once built, it was immediately obvious that is was not usable though. Even on the lowest resistance level, I could not train. The problem was with something in the motor I think. We had to take it apart again, wrap it to have it sent back. A wasted couple of days.On the plus side, Amazon organised a pick up and repayment immediately, despite me having already cut the packaging into small pieces. That was great and much appreciated service.

I purchased the NordicTrack C7.5 from Amazon on 3rd April 2022 for a price of £899. On 3rd April I requested a replacement from Amazon owing to structural damage to the frame - they duly replaced this within a couple of days with the item shown in the attached images.Initially I thought that the first C7.5 had been damaged in transit and now realise after building the replacement one (images attached) that it is down to poor build and quality management.The replacement C7.5 has the following issues:Smudged/run paintwork for logo on main frame (“Target Toning” text)Large scratch to frame of elliptical (fortunately now hidden under faceplates bearing the NordicTrack name)Dented front/back support near end capsRear support panel bearing the C7.5 branding does NOT align in the slot equally resulting in a tighter fit to one side when screws are fitted potentially causing imbalanceI’ve historically only purchased Reebok gym equipment which - so far - has proven to be of substantially better build quality than the significantly more expensive NordicTrack equipment. I’m hugely disappointed. I’d have expected MUCH better.Aside from that, the product arrived in a massive box containing a fair number of parts and a selection of nuts and bolts and grease. All in it probably took 3-4 hours to assemble myself. The wire to pull up the connecting wire for the console was a total pain. I’ve put together exercise bikes and treadmills and this was by far the worst and most frustrating.Currently waiting to hear from NordicTrack on the above and will update. It’s the cost and the premium brand and then the effort of assembling a second machine that has hugely frustrated me only to find it too had build quality issues.---update 1 18/4 ---While I'm waiting to hear from Nordictrack, thought I'd use it which I have now done a couple of times. The uniyt squeaks and creaks like crazy, especially on EVERY rotation there's an annoying clicking noise which I thought was maybe the internal wires bashing about but I think is coming from the bit the rollers roll on - the bit that doesn't connect flush to the rear of the unit owing to manufacturing issues. If you manually press on it you can get the same 'click'. EXTREMELY annoying.I contacted Amazon to log the issues just so they know in case Nordictrack don't/wont fix it. Basically they have till 5th May before my return window closes. I'd like to keep it but won't if it makes that clicky noise and creaks constantly. It's a shame as the iFit app seems decent (should be at £11/month!).

Did take a while to assemble. It’s well built and being used 6 days a week.

I tried to assemble it but one of the screws didn’t fit. I requested a return and a refund. Still waiting for my money after 2 weeks of collecting day. Waste of my time…

The machine itself is ok although there's a lot of fragile plastic covers.The big problem is the lack of information about the built-in workouts - I can't find any details in the manual or online and trial and error means I've tried some ridiculous workouts. I think this is because they are more interested in selling a subscription to their online workouts.

The media could not be loaded. Un appareil professionnel que mon entourage a nommé le Monstre !Je cherchais un appareil silencieux et là c'est le Best du silence, pas un bruit, rien !!Il y a une option de ventilateur selon l'intensité sur la console, à la rigueur c'est la seule chose que l'on peut entendre, mais ça va.J'ai bien lubrifié partout.Par contre la critique c'est le montage car j'ai suivi la notice et j'ai dû redémonter car les pièces ne ""s'emboîtent"" pas FACILEMENT : il faut poser 2 pièces au sol à plat et mettre tout son poids dessus ! Pour chaque assemblage. Attention les pages utiles sont à la fin. L'application propose des coachs gratuits.

Avant tout, c'est la première fois que j'achète ce genre de machine.Après plusieurs semaines à comparer plusieurs modèles/marques différentes, mon choix c'est arrêté sur ce vélo.J'ai assemblé ce vélo seul, ça c'est assez bien passé dans l'ensemble. La notice est claire et les pièces, hormis une, se sont emboitées vraiment sans efforts!J'ai l'ai utilisé pour la première fois ce matin, en utilisant un des parcours "tranquille" sur l'application Ifit.C'était très plaisant les 10 premières minutes, après un grincement provenant de la rampe c'est fait entendre à chaque pas (pression).J'aurais préféré que ces grincements viennent d'une des pièces que j'ai emboité, j'aurais pu peut-être faire quelque chose, comme remettre de la graisse...Là je ne peux pas faire grand chose..Je vais prendre un peu sur moi quelques jours, voir si à l'utilisation ce grincement disparait :/Je contacterais le support la semaine prochaine le cas échéant.Je mettrais ce post à jour jusqu'à résolution du problème.11/10/2021: Première utilisation, et constatation d'un grincement assez fort à chaque pas.

Très bon vélo elliptique : qualité au RV et pas de problème au montage.À savoir que la rampe inclinable est bien motorisée (coquille dans le texte de description).Les plus, des programmes intégrés à la console modifiant automatiquement l’inclinaison et la résistance.Pas déçu de Nordictrack.À savoir : prévoir un délais de livraison de 3 à 4 semaines...

livraison bien effectuée la surprise aucune notice et la boulonnerie absente dans la carton donc nous ne pouvons effectuer aucun montage pas normal vu le prix que penser vous faire pour avoir le nécessaire pour le montagemerci
