Best chair ever!
Absolutely love this chair. It normally takes me trying a bunch of chairs to find one I like so I was not optimistic to have to order online due to covid. Fear not. It’s fabulous. I have long thighs and love the support this chair gives. Swivel is smooth as butter. Adjusts in all the right places. Paid is really nice, supportive but cushy. It’s actually more comfortable than my expensive company provided office chair. And to boot the chair cover is removable so could wash it. I got the white with gray and it is actually quite cute for an office chair, looks great in my beach house. But it! You won’t be sorry!

Very comfortable chair
I love this chair. It's a great value for the price. It was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. I'm 5'3" and this chair fits me perfectly (a lot of chairs are too big). I have sat and worked in this chair for a few weeks now and it is really comfortable and supportive of my lower back.

Compromise- but wish I hadn't
I was looking for an ergonomic chair after I hurt my lower back a month ago and the trendy midcentury modern wood chairs I have at home were making the injury worse. I looked at Herman Miller (over $1k for a chair, and I'm crossing my fingers this dystopian work-from-home situation is over sometime next year), refurbished Herman Miller (all the websites looked like scams), Staples/Home Depot/WalMart/Target etc (they were mostly sold out or too large for me or didn't have much functionality). Which led me here. I'd seen some positive reviews from websites and the price was in between the Staples and Herman Millers. The chair is still pretty pricey, so I guess I was expecting more...Positives:- Heavy. This keeps it sturdy and wont topple over.- Sleek, modern design. It's great for my 600 square foot condo.- It works. Unlike a lot of things I buy on this website...- Relatively easy to put together. I had to fiddle with the seat and the backrest because the holes wouldn't match up. But aside from that adventure: easy.- It's not $1,000Negatives:- The controls for everything are quite stiff- The chair itself is quite stiff. I had a Herman Miller at work and realize now how much I took that kind of comfort for granted. You couldn't feel it when you sat in it. This chair you can *definitely* feel. The S-shape it advertises forces your back into that curve and there's nothing you can really do about it.- As a few folks mentioned, the wheels roll *very* smoothly and don't lock. Mine are currently taped to keep from catapulting me into the coffee table- Also as mentioned on here, the backrest portion does not allow you to sit up straight or to freeze the leaning back portion where you want it. The lever only puts a lock on how far you can lean back.- I'm used to mesh seats, so the fluffy foam on mine feels hot- It didn't come with a manual so it was kind of trial-by-error.- It's still about $400Overall, I'm still debating whether I'll keep it. It's going to be a pain to return, but I also work full time and I'm in school so comfort is really important.

Quality and comfort at an affordable price
I have been searching for the right chair for a few weeks. Once I started researching chairs I noticed that many of the ergonomic chairs came with a hefty price tag. I came upon this chair and noticed that the design resembled that of the more expensive brands. After reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. It arrived quickly after I ordered it and it took about 15 minutes to assemble. Literally, there were 6 screws to put in. There are many adjustments on the chair to conform to different needs depending on how you want to sit in the chair. This is my first day using it, but so far so good!

So far a very nice chair
I hesitate to review anything right away as time is what tells but so far this is an excellent chair. Comfortable, adjustable in every possible way, well made, and not hard to assemble. If it holds up, i'd say it's well worth paying the extra $ over all the cheap knockoff out there

Best money spent during this work from home time
This chair really made working from home so much better. My back pain disappeared in a few days. Best dollars spent in a long time. The chair has all the feature you expect from an expensive desk chair. Feels solid, looks good, no complaints. The wheels roll a bit to easily on a hard wood floor - but nothing really bad. The one thing that could have been better is if the back would have locked in place. You can work around it by increasing the tension of the back though and it will stay where you want it to.

Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.
I'm now embarrassed about the money I dished out for this chair. Exhaustively researched. Purchased because the adjustable seat was recommended for short people, the seat cushion was supposed to be made of quality materials and the lumbar adjustments were supposedly great for those of us with back issues. It arrived partially assembled but with two sets of conflicting instructions which created unnecessary frustration for me.I was disappointed in the design. I was looking for sleek and modern. The chair is entirely plastic and cheap looking to me. Huge disappointment.I spend long hours sitting for my work. This "high quality" seat cushion creates pain in my ass. Never had this experience before. I actually have to change my position because of the pain I experience.Despite all the adjustments available I am still unable to find the one that gives proper lumbar support and comfortable support for my legs.I wish I could send this back.Pros: the wheels are super smooth and rolly (though I've almost fallen a few times while trying to take a seat!)It does have many adjustments.{{{Sighing}}}For me, this is a regrettable purchase.

Wish I did not buy
I've had this chair since last fall and I don't recommend it. I did a lot of research and this had good reviews and seemed to be a solid choice for the price. I was wrong. The chair cushion is hard and does not offer any support and the adjustable height does not work. For the price I'm very disappointed
