It Simply Works
I run tubeless Mavic Rims on my main road bike and recently needed to replace the rear tire, and I had previously had zero issues getting the tires on. It took some strength, yes, but I was able to get them on. But for whatever reason this tire would NOT stretch far enough, so I gave up and put my old wheel on my bike.I remembered seeing an add for one of these tools online, so I purchased one as a last resort. It worked like a breeze! Seeing other's mention that it broke upon first use made me a bit hesitant, but I used the tool on the side of the tire and worked it on the rim little by little. I could see how trying to pull the tire directly in the middle once you've gotten it as far you could with your hands would possibly cause it to snap.I give it 4 stars because it shouldn't be able to break from simply using it wrong, or from using it at all.

It works!
Got some Schwalbe marathon plus bicycle tires and I knew they were challenging to get the bead on. This tool worked like a charm and saved this over 60 man 30 minutes of thumb squeezing penance. Get it.

Works perfectly
Seems substantial enough and since made in Taiwan, if labeling correct, likely engineered well enough with good manufacturing QC. I needed for a tight 23mm tire that I pinch flatted on last install with a tire tool.It required minimal strength to pry the bead over the edge, and using a supplementary tire tool to push the inner tube up inside the tire, mounted the tire in 30-45 seconds without damage to the tube. However too long for any of my regular bike bags and not something I would want to carry in my jersey, so hope I don't flat out on the road. I know: use 25mm tires, but the 23s I have are new and costly to just throw out. So they get used til they wear out and then only 25s.

Saved a lot of tire-changing stress for sure
Where I ride in SoCal I usually get a flat every 6-months, nothing I can really do to avoid it in my area. Currently riding on 700-25c GP5000s. A flat used to take me roughly 20 minutes to change; I'm not a big guy and the clincher tools really take the wind out of me. I usually say the F word about 100 times and my arms/hands feel beat, but eventually the tire gets back on and by that time I'm exhausted so I just ride home.Bought this tire lever on Amazon and within a week I had another flat. It wasn't seamless, but it did take about 80% of the stress away and I was able to change the tire in about 15 minutes. Most importantly when I was done I didn't feel like I got into a wrestling match with a skinny piece of rubber.I'm very happy with this purchase. The only negative I can say is that it's a big tool. I feel like I'm carrying a big wrench in my back pocket. But I'm willing to carry it around to reduce the difficulty I have with changing a tire on the side of the road with two small plastic clinchers. I'm not really sure how you would make it smaller, but again it does it's job.

Used it once so far, and it worked as advertised
Used it on a Continental Gatorskin on my Ksyrium wheel, I had not been able to mount the tire so I bough this tool. Worked as advertised. Did not come with instructiont but it's not hard to figure out which jaw sits on the rim and which goes under the lip of the tire

They do what they are designed to do.
Ordered these so I can save my hands setting tires onto the many rims I install. But these failed me on the first try. I could not get these to grab onto the tire. They were just too tight to go over the rim mechanically. I ended up using my own hands rolling the beads over the rim which was extremely tight. The hook could have a more defined edge to grab the bead more securely. Also the other side where the tool hooks to the rim, the tabs could be more shorter in my opinion. If you are not paying attention, those tabs would pierce into the rim tape, which in my case it did. These are tubeless rims and that is a major no no. I had to retape the rim. Had to bite cost on that. All these are lessons learned on a new tool to make a job easier on my hands.I gave it a 4 star only because the hook could be more defined.

A Must Have Bike Tool
I have been riding bikes for a couple of decades now. Many flat tires fixed on the road. Now, my hands have arthritis and I cannot easily change the tubes. This product is a "life saver". I carry it when I ride, and more than once, it has helped me get that punctured tube replaced. I have also helped others who were having trouble changing tubes. I wouldn't ride without it.

Snapped during first install
While installing a tire it snapped in two places. Not great for tubeless ready rims and tires

Bikehand does what its designed to do
This product makes its easy to get a very tight tyre back onto my bicycle wheels when fixing a puncture. I have arthritic hands and can't generate the strength required to roll a tyre back onto the wheel, so finding Bikehand was a game changer.

Performs as claimed.
So far so good. Works well on some very tough tires but some instructional tips would have been useful.

Impressed
It really does make putting tyres on a breeze. As I ride different terrain, all year round. I regularly change my tyres to suit the surface. My enthusiasm, in the first time using the tool. I did tear the decal on my rim. For me not an issue, but I would suggest, be aware of where the decals are on your rim.
