I’ve never used a poop scoop. So this is the first I’ve bought. No instructions of how to use for basic task of pick up. Bags that are given with it do not fit at all. Far too small circumference wise. No way to contact seller unless I review. Most items on Amazon I can text the seller via Amazon. But not today 🤷‍♀️

Works fine for me, saves all the bending and messing about.I have a small dog so he doesn't produce massive long poos but I wonder if owners of larger dogs might find it difficult to pick up their dogs poos in one go with this gadget.

Didn't rate it on normal grass but great on astro turf and hard ground. Normal poo bags don't fit over the end as quite bulky so I use without and hose it down. Definitely save a bending

The device is light and easy to carry as it folds in half. It's good only with very firm stools. It leaves more than a half of the poo on the grass when the poo is soft. You also need to practise putting a poo bag on it so it doesn't fall off. But except that, it's very helpful as I am heavy pregnant and it's hard for me to bend and clean after my dog.

This is a well designed product, and i've had no issues so far with it. It's great from keeping a little extra distance away from your dogs smell.I just pop a doggy bag over the outside of the scoop with the handles at the top, open and collect the dogs number 2, and once closed it seals it, and then you can just grab the handles on the bag and then release the handle, and all the work is done. Just tie your doggy bag and jobs a good one.
