The price is super nice and you can do all that it offers or just what you need. I haven't fully utilized everything it can do yet, but I plan on using it more and more in my school for follow up, marketing and keeping a full database with notes on everyone. One of the best features I use a lot is that if you tie it to your Gmail account, all your emails go in the notes automatically. Then when I'm following up I have every email at my fingertips without having to set up folders etc. This was the best feature that sold me on this product.

First off, this program is extremely intuitive and the learning curve is low to low-medium. The tools are simple to use but have a lot of power to them and are versatile for a wide range of applications of use.

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It's very user friendly this software is easy to set up. Customer service service walked us through the whole process.

Unfortunately this is not a flexible database system which allows change to input data required. Irrelevant data for use with a church and not school can be found on it. One cannot use the software unless with the CD. The create letter option does not work. I can't really contact anyone for support

Overall the tool has been a great help for us to streamline our school processes.

GUI interface is intuitive and designed efficiently. Awesome software, I'm so glad I decided to try it.
