This is a really nice little cook stove, plus it burns nearly any fuel that you can obtain. This stove is well made and sturdy! BTW, it comes with a spare rubber seal for the pressure pump. PLUS, you can order xtra pump seals on ebay or amazon, if you think you may need them. I ordered xtra seals, and they are exact replacements.UPDATE 9-30-2020:I am ordering another of these great little stoves. I will mount them onto a short flat board, and then have a small portable two burner stove that can use almost any fuel, and be carried very easily.UPDATE 10-20-2020:Received the new stove. Everything looks good. I will now varnish the board, and mount the two stoves.

Re-read the instructions several times before attempting to operate the stove by following the instructions explicitly. Soon after the jets were ignited, fuel started to seep out directly under the jets and it caught on fire. The best the flames from the jets could do was to sputter and the flame never turned blue, but remained orange and very sooty. A second attempt was tried in exactly the same manner as the first. Ended up using an industrial fire extinguisher to put out the fire as fuel had pooled around the stove. The source of the leak couldn't be visually pinpointed. I could buy another stove, but I feel there is a high likelihood that it might initial work and then also catch on fire due to a failure. I don't feel safe using another similar stove knowing the possibility of an uncontrolled fire.

I was looking to replace my 30 year old Coleman "sputtermaster" and this seemed like a good option. Unfortunately, despite carefully following the starting instructions, the stove failed to preheat and shot a flame 8 inches into the air after using it on only 1 canoe trekking trip. I was unable to get it to function after repeated attempts.

I was excited to get this until it showed upCame with no instructions and packaged to ship by someone with no idea how to ship. Went on line and followed instructions on video. When I tried to lite it - it didn’t mist the fuel. It spewed fuel and puddles in burner. Leaked kerosene and lost pressure - un-returnable- I was afraid to try it again without some sort of shield in case it malfunctioned worse that it already did. I gave it to much credibility because it was listed on Amazon - I’ll look at products on Amazon differently going forwardUnreturnable due to fuel.

If I could give this zero Stars, I would. The biggest waste of money I've ever spent. does not work, and you cannot return it.

Purchased two for emergency backup, fired up without any issues using regular unleaded fuel. Packing wasn't the greatest, minor dent on the body, hopefully doesn't affect anything.

Bought this for in case we have another horrible winter or if the electricity goes out! I recommend

This is a very small unit. I filled the tank with kerosene and it would not light with the recommended 30 seconds of warming, so I poured a little karosene onto the little plate after numerous attempts to get it to light and warming the plate. Of course it burned well for several minutes....that should have adequately warmed the plate, but it still would not ignite.....pumped it up more,to where to where it the plunger would not go in anymore....still would not burn. It will not work for me.

Utilisé avec du combustible Coleman (White gasoline)Elle va très bien et la combustion est tout à fait superbe, ne laisse pas de traces noir d'ollin sur les ustensiles de cuisine en Stainless steel, et pour boullir 500ml d'eau avec du temps venteux il le fait en moins de 2 minutes.Tres compacte et facile à mettre dans un sac à dos. Elle est capable de supporter des gros chaudrons lourds sans problème.La seule chose que je trouve en contre est-ce que sa flame est très localisé dans les 3 points de combustion principal et elle n'est pas diffuseé. L'autre point c'est le bruit, ça ressemble a un jet à propulsion. Mais apart ça. Elle va mieux que d'autres marques plus dispendieuses.Recomendé A+++
