Turn a Triburner coal stove into a more modern style.
Stuck this sucker on the bottom of my triburner coal stove (Alaska Channing II) using self tapping screws. Removed the original squirrel cage fan rotor and wired in a plug from an old refrigerator I was junking. You'll need a 1/2" clamp for the conduit box. Works great, probably last a long time. At full feed rate I get a flame touching the top of the stove. Only problem is the flange gets in the way of a wingnut so I replaced it with a regular nut. Blows enough cool air into the gear box housing from the gap where the old fan lived that you can delete the stupid fan on the side of the stove that blew cool air on the unit.

Great quality motor.
Great quality fan. Quiet and smooth. I use it with a variable power supply without issue. I think the key is to turn it on at full power and then throttle down afterwards to the desired speed to minimize damage to the windings.

Use for DIY conveyor dryers and silkscreening
This blower is great for the DIY conveyor dryers being used for silkscreen printing. I added this blower to the side of my dryer box and it works perfect. The amount of air can be adjusted with the inlet cover. It manually slides to the side. As you know, water based inks need forced hot air to dry the water off the ink then the ink will cure to the shirt. This blower is perfect! It does not come with a power cord. I suggest you use a desktop computer power cord. The blower is a bit noisy but not really noisy like those bigger blowers.

I bought this for my husband with the dial. He loves the blower for his forge, but he doesn't use the dial.

Quiet fan, good size
Bought this fan to serve as a combustion fan on a coal stove. I had a hard time finding any dimensions on the unit but when it arrived I found it was the exact right size to fit over the existing circular air intake on my stove, about 2".When it runs full speed it is very quiet. The restricter plate on the air intake is not very scientific. If you had to use it I'm not sure how you would determine if you were running at half cfs or quarter cfs etc.Quality unit. plenty of room in the electric connector box for wire nuts, no origami needed to pack it all back in there. Takes a standard knockout cable clamp (not included).

Great blower motor assembly folks.. Make sure its the correct one for your needs as they all look similar! My bad.
Wrong assembly for my boiler but the sellers both worked with me to get me the right one I needed. Well made motors from my experiences thus far. I did return this model as it was set up backwards for my needs.
