These are very comfortable wellies and definitely wide calf I’m pleased with them. However when they arrived they were in plastic wrapper then in sturdy paper bag so they were a bit squashed (see pictures) and do not stand up like normal wellies which are more sturdier. The in soles slip out when you take the wellies off but that said I can put up with this as they are very comfortable easy to get on and soft. I would buy again.

Bit like wearing bedroom slippers.. no support, no grip and split after only a week of wearing. Very disappointing!

I purchased these boots last year. I have found it very hard to get a pair that fit my 16" carves but these do, they can even be widen. I would say if you have smaller carves these might be too big but thick socks/ or wellie socks will tighten them up. I am also a wide foot but even though these are standard fit there is plenty of room with a thick pair of socks on.I have constantly worn these throughout the winter in the rain and they have never let me down. I do a lot of dog walking in muddy fields.They are a bit slippy on cobble surfaces after it has rained so care is needed when on a gravel surface that is slightly wet.

These wellies look great and I was impressed with the width at the calf, fits well even with thick trousers tucked in. Those, unfortunately are the only pros. The cons are, the soles are paper thin and unless you're walking on a well manicured lawn, you can feel every bump under foot. I've owned these wellies for almost seven months and have worn then relatively little, yet this week during the worst weather, a split appeared and resulted in my right ankle and foot getting very wet! Sadly, I wouldn't recommend.

These are comfy enough wellies - although I had to buy my own insole as theirs was basically non existent - but I brought them a year ago, have used for 1 winter and then come to use this winter and the sole wore out in less than a month.

Ordered the same size but the pair received considerably smaller in foot size and calf length, these really feel cheap and nasty. I now have to return and seek a refund. I really am very disappointed.

I don't have huge calves but when I buy standard sized wellingtons then the calf area is always tight. These fit perfectly and I don't have to adjust the strap but if you have bigger calves then the strap will give you plenty room.Definitely value for money.

Update: these have split badly in multiple places, letting in water. Very disappointing used less than 7 months only for dog walkingLove them as a lady blessed with shapely legs wellies are normally my kryptonite, with these I can even wear thick socks and jeans!
