the product came as ordered delivery was on time as expected my only concern was if you try and compare actual to picture its quite deceiving they are pretty but not as brilliant as the picture shows these are a christmas gift for my wife and her opinion will be the final decision but know this i have been in contact with the seller about my concern and they were very receptive and polite and agreed with me that my wife would have the final say again product is pretty just different from advertised picture which seller rep did agree all in all i am happy but lesson learned buy what you can see and touch first if we were not in a pandemic i may have gone to an actual store

I appreciated having to sign for the FedEx delivery, especially having to do so two days prior to the anticipated delivery date. I received my $911.00 1 carat solitaire earrings promptly. I hope they are genuine diamonds. Within a couple of days, I realized one screw back constantly unscrewed while wearing the earrings. I paid more for screw type backs for more security. I tried the back on both earrings. One back stays put, the other one works it's way to the end of the post. I messaged the seller, Houston Diamond District. I received a response from "Nathan" a couple of days later advising me to call the office. I did so, and got an answering machine. I left a message. I never received a return call. I called again, left another message. No response. I called again today, and "Nick" answered. I gave him my order number and told him that the one back will not stay on the post. He said he could send me a "free" back, but that I had to pay $12.00 shipping. I told him I would obtain a gold back locally. So much for standing behind their product.
