Disappointed
I have absolutely loved these pens since I bought them. They finally ran out of ink but I wasnt worried since it came with refills, 3 refills! Not. One. Refill. Worked. They weren't exposed to extreme temps or any of the other dangers to pens lives. Now I'm leery about ordering more. #frixion help a girl out! Pink is my signature color and I love the style of your pens! They write smooth! Erase like a dream!
