Great Thing.
I like mostly specifications provided by the module.Heat sink provided is not attaching firmly.I'm using it for variable power supply from 12v battery.

the ceramic capacitor c15 is missing from back of circuit board, it is damaged circuit
ceramic capacitor is missing from circuit board, I cant even return this board as it will take more time to order new one, this is about 4th time now that products delivered in India are third class compared to US Canada UAE, here no one cares about the end product and its quality, Indian people deserve this and no amount of reviews will change this scenario. now i will have to repair the board myself and then use it.

Love hate relationship with it.
The thing is good for a 300 rupee product. Nowhere near as it is priced. Its a synchronous converter so I'll give it that and that's it. It does 2.5A on the output while in buck mode. Boosting or bucking starts from 5.5v. If you are using more thank 500mA at those low voltages, it collapses. Current limit functionality works only in buck mode. If you draw more than 2A for any longer periods then the mosfets are probably rekt as it gets 'burning your skin' hot. I can hear an audible harmonic at about 1.6A. Below and above that current limit, it's okay. Super annoying and audible from quite some distance so RFI suppression is probably best described as non existent. The only use I found for this is so far is to charge my lithium-ion batteries and power 4k RPM delta fan to control the jet engine level speed and noise for my soldering space ventilation. Honestly, what else can we power at that power rating? Phones take anywhere from 2 to 5A at their peak charging speeds so its right at the red line for lowest charging speed on a phone and its highest current delivery. So I would recommend this to tinker around and get to know stuff before going big IF you have the budget. Forget it for low power solar uses because if voltages drop and it turns back on after a passing cloud, there is noticeable output set voltage change that its not worth it and also, it restarts at below 5.5v input CONTINUSOLY WITH NO OUTPUT so keep that in mind.

regulator quality is not good but overall working fine
first order was made 2weeks before.and delivered well packed product but in damaged condition.second order delivered yesterday packing was the worst i have ever got from amazon and had little scratches.but product was working. so i am not returning
