Strong onion aroma and taste. Added some to a pepper grinder for quick onion powder. I bought this over onion powder because it gives me more options, it is cheaper, and I can make the powered if need be.Purchased about 20 dry spices and herbs. Repackaged into 4 - 8 mason jars.Bought bulk to save on cost.Used glass mason jars to split it for home use. Used various size jars, 64 oz - 4 oz.Most dry herbs and spices are under 0.50 an ounce, just about all are under $1.00 when you buy in bulk.Great for home cooking and inspiration, not to mention never being out of that one thing (at least for seasoning)

Over the last few years it has gotten increasingly difficult to find dried, minced garlic. Almost everywhere locally stopped carrying it and when I can find it, it is in a very small container and extremely expensive. Denver Spice Company is now my go to place for dried spices.
