My booster pump from my RO system to the fridge requires a minimum pressure of 80 PSI. This pressure reducer allowed me to safely lower the pressure to below 60 PSI, which works perfectly with my 60 PSI cutoff pressure switch. I also added a check valve to maintain line pressure and prevent backflow. This keeps the booster pump from constantly cycling on when pressure leaks back toward the pump. Installation was easy, all connections were tight, and I didn’t notice any leaks. Overall, this is a solid product and a great value for the money.

Worked great as designed no issues

This small flow regulator valve works perfectly when it is installed correctly and used as it was designed. The valve knob allows for fine-tuning of the water flow and should only be adjusted by hand, never with a wrench or other tools. When installing be sure to note the direction of flow so the valve can work as intended. There is a flow direction arrow printed on the side of the valve. Also be sure to use the included mounting bracket so that the valve doesn't get damaged while in use. Likewise, the water lines need to be securely seated in the valve in and out connections to prevent leaking. Be sure to use the included connector locks to keep the water lines securely held in place. Finally, always be sure that the water source is turned off before installing.

Should have listened to the back yard maple folks...set up my reverse osmosis for maple sap...tested with water and the valve worked fine...one day later (in a heated garage), the valve would not adjust. Took a pair of plyers to it and then it was ruined. Save yourself the trouble and go to home depot and get a regular needle valve.

Seems to do the trick, I have extremely high household PSI that made 2 RO holding tanks fail before I figured out why. This brings it into safe range. 4 stars only because Im not certain how long it will hold up, but so far so good.

Worked great

After one of the water filters plugged up in our refrigerator we had issues with the ice maker over filling into the bin. I tried using pressure regulator that did stop the over filling but the water would only trickle from the door when filling a glass. Even after replacing the filter housing under the frig and the ice maker it would still over fill. So I decided to install one of these into the tubing running up the back of the frig and adjust the flow manually. After four five test runs the water no longer over fills. I put it inline close toe water solenoid for easier control and it works great. Only wish i thought of sooner but hey.

Works great for controlling the amount of water that comes out in a whole home humidifier!

This little beauty does the trick, I had to control the pressure on my RO unit after installing a pump.. You can completly control the pressure, install it before the RO membrain and pressure meter twist and set.. Cheap, simple and chearful.

My humidifier saddle valve failed and I could not control water flow. Installed this one and it is perfect solution to reduce water bill
