This product was used for my work to scan barcodes on printed paper. It was real hit and miss whether the scanner could read the barcode.

Not compatible with Mac notebooks. Program would not recognize the keyboard and none of the workarounds were successful. Then, the company does not have any customer support except via email. I abandoned this and within 3 minutes had found a great phone app that work beautifully.

I ordered 7 of these devices in total for business use. We did 1st order only one to test with and we were very pleased with our results. The build quality is great. They plug and played with both Windows 10 and Windows 7 without any issues. The booklet they come with contain many barcodes to allow for all sorts of programming. We did have trouble scanning single character type 128 barcodes so we emailed Nadamoo support. By morning I had an email containing a barcode to print and scan which enabled the device to scan the troublesome barcode. Which resolved our issue.Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone whom wants wired, wireless and Bluetooth capable devices at an acceptable price for their organization.

For the cost and testing for remote use, I was impressed. Having used several higher end systems from the prospective of selection through setup and install for hundreds of POS systems, this one surprised me. Most don't last a week of use. While this is 'light weight' in construction and the reader does have issues on curved service and metal, it does whats needed for price. I would call it a good Mom and Pop solution or something which is need as backup.

Sometimes, it does not automatically reconnect when waking it up. I’ve had to delete and reload it several times. It doesn’t read the entire barcode on every scan.

I bought this for work at my school district, a year ago, when we realized we were going to be getting over a thousand new Chromebooks that would have to be inventoried. It has worked fantastically well for the past year.It holds a charge for a long, long time and it transmits the data directly into the Google forms and sheets that we use for tracking, including a return to bump the cursor down to the next line.I couldn't be happier with this purchase

I've used it with bluetooth on my android phone and with the usb dongle on my laptop. It connects and works well. Only complaint is it can struggle to scan barcodes through a polybag. The much more expensive commercial quality scanner I have never has that problem.
