Best deal, great quality!
I did quite a lot of research on wall mounts for guitars and found these to be the most reasonably priced. To be honest, this is the second time I purchased them because I found them to be well made and sturdy. They are also easy to install and are best mounted on a wall stud although anchors are provided for mounting on drywall. Highly recommended!

Inexpensive, functional, but not the highest quality.
These are pretty similar to the String Swing brand guitar holders I bought at a music store for about $20 apiece. They come with a wood base and metal "U" hook covered with dense plastic foam material. They install easily and hold my guitars just fine. They come with 1.5 inch metal screws and sheetrock anchors, but I used my own 2.5 inch screws and mounted them onto a wall stud as I did not trust that their screws and sheetrock anchors were sturdy enough. The metal hook has a threaded metal bolt that screws into a metal nut in the wooden base. It tightens up against a plastic spacer. The bolt metal is quite soft and the threads stripped easily when tightening the bolt against the spacer during one of my installations. It still holds the guitar securely, but the hook is just a little loose in the mounting and I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the metal hook/bolt.Overall, these hooks do the job just fine, they look nice, and are a good deal for the price. The materials used in their manufacture, however, are rather cheap and I recommend carefully tightening the hook/bolt to avoid stripping the threads. I would also recommend using longer screws than the ones supplied and mounting to a wall stud.

Super bummed. ** With update
Just unpacked it after buying it months ago. I was waiting to paint my living room before installing it. Painting living room and was disappointed. I ordered a package of 4 and all 4 are un usable. The backing thats supposed to stay firm to screw on the holder popped off. If it pops off you can’t screw in the handle. It just dangles there. Unfortunately I Missed the return window so I’m stuck with expensive garbage. DO NOT BUY.*****Update********** the company reached out and offered a replacement. BUT what I did after my tantrum review was find a solution. I got a hammer and pounded the metal things that popped out back in. Out of the 4 I was able to fix 3 of them. The forth I didn’t align well before hammering and so i couldn’t screw in the arm. I feel bad for the harsh review. They were obviously duds but the problem was easy to fix. I ended NOT requesting new replacements bc I fixed them. So I do recommend them.

If you love your guitar, buy different anchors!
I’d like to say that I really enjoy the aesthetics and the quality of the hanger and mount themselves.Though for the love of your instruments, DO NOT USE THEIR ANCHORS!!!Their anchors come with no guide as to what size of drill bit to use. I’m handy but not with guessing drill bit sizes. By the time I’d finally figured out which drill bit size to use, the holes in my wall were already too big. I had to use the spare back of the bracket to cover up my old holes while I placed new drywall anchors and screws. Much better result. Even with a mount that I thought was sturdy compared to the others with their anchors, all I had to do was gently wiggle it and the anchor came loose in no time. Go to your hardware store, buy a drywall anchor kit for 40lbs+, and use those. You’ll be much happier you did instead of being woken up to your beloved axe laying crashed on the ground.Great product, super cheap drywall anchors. Give your customers a little hint what drill bit they need or supply better anchors.

Sturdy and Secure
After moving for the third time in 5 years, we decided to make better use of our vertical space. The guitar and the banjo (fondly named Ximena and Annabelle) were easy candidates for storing off the ground now that we have a mobile, curious baby. Though this listing comes with four wall mounts and we currently have only two instruments, we're quite fond of our instruments and will likely be adding to our collection over the months and years, so I went ahead and purchased it. The wall mounts are sturdy and fit both the guitar and banjo well. We placed them in studs for security and have no doubt Ximena and Annabelle are safe and sound until such time as the baby needs to be soothed or entertained by his Papá's soothing interpretations of Flogging Molly's "Drunken Lullabies" and the clawhammer classic "You Are My Sunshine." Should our instrument collection expand beyond four instruments, I would most certainly purchase these again.

Sturdy and works as described
I installed these using the included screws into wall studs and they work great. The rubber (plastic?) coated holders don't seem to affect the finish on my guitar necks.
