Came from China -So far only the purple has grown through soil

The bulbs were not the amount specified. They arrived in two little plastic bags (fine) but when I opened them they were moldy. Both varieties. This came all the way from some province in China. I would never have ordered them had I know this because I find the quality of the items that I have received from China through Amazon to be awful across the board. I can't figure out how to ascertain the sellers location...I must try harder to figure this out in future.

Purple are growing fine but green is not the correct plant.
