I Think Mines Came With A Defect... They Don't Get Hot Until I Have Them All The Way Up On The Highest Heat.. I'm Mind Blown Because My Sister's PYT Flat irons she bought at the hair show 7 years back gets hot way faster and gets hot on any heat setting.

Generally, I love pyt flat irons. However, this one was terrible. I have thick hair and it just didn’t get hot enough to straighten it. I’d find another one elsewhere. And I can’t even return it because they closed the window early.
