This is very attractive and, most important, it WORKS beautifully. Even if the tissue box is nearly empty, it stills holds the last few tissues up and does not pick the box up off the table. It seems light, but the box stays on the table so you can pull the last tissue with one hand & the box stays put.Both boxes (see link below) have smallish round openings, which helps to grip the tissue and keep it up. The top opens (hinged) by a (attractive) toggle on the front/top. You could also put a vase or bowl with flowers or a plant in it & let the plant come out the hole in the top. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend this tissue box, especially at this $14.55 price point. There is another handsome tissue box that works just as well as this one (and may be more durable) in "pleather" with a map of Africa on the sides (& other patterns including plain black). The woven grass one has more things to break (such as the toggle and the links that hold the top on (but could easily be replaced with string) and the material is woven grass of course, not pleather) but this grass one seems well-made and is $6.50 less than the pleather one. Most tissue box covers I looked at were either expensive, cheap plastic, or very heavy/hard. So I found the value of this one was great and that it is just a little different than others I have seen. The fact that it's an entire 6-sided cube, with a lid. It looks nice on my nightstand. I do have a bit of trouble with the toggle sometimes, not enough to bother me.

I highly recommend these great little tissue box covers. They are very aesthetically pleasing, they don't take up a lot of room, and the toggle down cover is just right for keeping the powder room and 2nd bath neat and organized. In my opinion, the cover on top is one of the best features. It completely locks in and hides the cardboard box, and the toggle cover is perfect for easy dispensing. If I ever need more, I won't hesitate to buy!

These are great! I don’t like the tissue boxes that have an open bottom because if you want to hand the box to someone you have to use two hands. It’s awkward.These are great. They latch closed and are light weight. You can toss them across the room if you don’t want to get up.They seem durable enough and look nice!

We have a bed and breakfast, looks are important to us. We bought 6 of these tissue boxes. They easily accommodate generic brand boutique box tissues. No complaints.

Very nice tissue cover. I really like the button clasp. Has a slight greenish tinge but looks fine with our aqua colored walls.

I have a toddler grandson who regards tissue boxes as potential toy blocks to stand on. This has saved the tissue boxes in our household. It latches and it has a metal framework that makes it sturdy. Great item.
