Women's Relaxed Cotton Long Sleeve Mock Turtleneck

Land’s End clothing has diminished in quality over the past few years, but this mock neck is an exception. Looks good, quality good, and am pleased with purchase.

This turtleneck is a classic from Lands End. The fabric is very soft and thick as you would expect. The fit is very comfortable. The color is more like a maroon than a rusty brown but that works better for me. Like the shirt very much.

Quality product. I’ve washed it a couple of times and it holds it’s shape and color. It is a mock turtleneck so there isn’t a lot of fabric at the neck. Lands End is a quality product.

This shirt is lightweight but comfortable and very soft. I gave it a 5 for sheerness because it is not sheer at all. I often wear a mock turtle neck under a sweatshirt and this shirt is perfect for that. But if you plan to wear the shirt on its own or just under a jacket, buy a size up because it shrinks. The label on the shirt says it is 93% cotton/7% spandex. I washed it in cold water, dried it on a clothes rack, and did not iron it. I do not expect shrinkage with fabrics that contain spandex. Still, at 93% cotton, I bought one-size larger & am glad I did. I bought two shirts and I measured the shirt I just washed and the new one that was not worn yet. Shrinkage thru the body (at the shirt hem and chest) was about 1/2". The shrinkage is mainly in the length. From neck seam to hem, the shirt lost 3" (from 25" to 22".) In the sleeves, the new shirt's seam from shoulder to cuff was almost 26"; in the washed shirt it is 22". The new shirt's inseam was 19"; in the washed shirt it is 17". So just be aware when you're deciding to buy. How are you going to wear it? Soft & comfortable, but shrinks a bit, and still a good price.

Love the color

I would describe this as a medium weight, great to wear alone or layering. The fabric is very soft. I am about 5'4" tall, weigh about 108. I ordered a small. It was just a bit large, but I didn't mind, as I'm fine with roomy tops. Before wearing it, I washed it in cold water, low heat in the dryer. It did shrink, almost 2", mostly in its length and the length of the arms . But still fits fine, though I wouldn't have minded the length staying the same. After ordering the grey color, I ordered 2 more colors. See the attached photo, showing the original grey on top of the yet-unwashed other two colors to see the shrinkage. Still like the way it fits - not too loose and not form-fitting.

This fit as expected and is a really vibrant color. Great quality and wonderfully soft material. I will be buying more of this brand.

While it's a mock turtleneck, it still goes up too high on my neck and is too tight. I can't be comfortable in it though the material is very soft and strong. I'm going to return it. I wish I could wear it but I know I'll feel claustrophobic.

This product fits terribly! Based on the product photos on/off the model you’d think it would have SOME fit but this shirt is just a massive square with no shape whatsoever. Not sure who the neck hole is for as it could have easily fit two of mine into it. It was so big that it droops and looks strange.I bought the small based on the sizing chart and it definitely fit more like a oversized medium.Giving this two stars instead of one because the quality of the product is nice and well made, but damn, it’s a weird, shapeless garment.

Love turtle or crew necks in the winter. This one is the perfect weight & hand feel.I ordered other basic colours…

Loved the colours, its excellent quality, wonderful soft feel but even for a relaxed fit it was huge for a medium.
