The mugs come will packaged. One gift box was damaged but the mug was safe. Very easy to sublimate and the image comes out beautifully.

Amazing! Will buy again. Arrived perfect with each protected by styrofoam in their individual boxes and then padded. Great size, sturdy mug/handle. Cleaned surface with alcohol, pressed in my mug press 2 min on 400f as per recs, taped with heat tape, blowout behind it. Printed from SIL studio with high gloss setting on sub paper (pic came out exactly as sent to me). Absorbed the color beautifully- fully and evenly, nothing on the blow out paper. No reside marks, or problem areas. I don't plan to re-ship, but the mugs fit securely in the foam/boxes they each came in, so keep that in mind if you're shipping- less work later.

These mugs are amazing for sublimation, come with a super sturdy box and the cup stays encased in styrofoam which is great for shipping. Will buy again!
