Just what we needed
This was purchased for my wife, who has dementia and is incontinent. She's 5'2" and 117 lb. and the small size fitted perfectly. She wears it over her Depends and Booster Pad at night. I purchased three, white, pink and blue. I'm very pleased with them. Soft and well made. I'll likely order a couple more.

BEST ONE OUT THERE
HEAVY FABRIC. BIG FRONT FACEING SNAPS. WISH I COULD GET IN LONG SLEVE FOR WINTER. TRUE TO SIZEDID NOT SHRINK MUCH..HAVE WASHED A DOZEN TIMES. STILL LOOKS LIKE NEW.

Fit and quality seem mostly great.
I am very happy with the fit of this item.It does the job of helping hold a diaper in place very well and I will be ordering more.Unfortunately the snaps are not great as others have said.2 had pulled out on the first day of me owning it.I went ahead and replaced the snaps with larger higher quality ones and it has been great.

Disappointed in less than a day.
After snapping and unsnapping it 6-7 times the snaps are starting to rip out. I try to pull carefully but am amazed the snaps gave out before the first washing! The material is soft, they look and feel good. But how do I fix snaps?

Works well to keep diaper waistbands from showing
Works great to maintain dignity by keeping the diaper waistband from being visible to all. Under a regular button down shirt it looks just like a regular undershirt. The front facing snaps make opening/fastening easier than the other products that have them centered in the crotch. I needed to get a large, rather than my usual medium, to fit comfortably, but if you're using them to help keep the diaper in place a little tighter might be a good thing.

Fabric? Great. Snaps? Well . . .
Snaps in crotch need to be reinforced. They tear through the fabric before many wearing, even when unwrapped very carefully.
